Sorry guys. This popped up as a review request on my phone so here it goes...In my opinion, the communication was unprofessional and my business was unwanted.After 2 days of calling a personal cell phone number listed as the business number and only going to voicemail because I can only assume my call is being ignored. I finally get a text message reply asking my interest in services provided by the business. I am told that I will be contacted within 2 business days to further discuss pricing.Over a week later, I get another text message asking if I'm still interested in the services I was seeking. I reply with yes, and state that I have also looked at other companies and am looking for comparison pricing. I immediately get written off, stating the company is busy and I should move on to another company.Again sorry, but I felt the whole exchange was unprofessional and I was not wanted as a customer. I ask, please be business professional, a more prompt phone call stating the inconvenience of the busy season would be appreciated, and let the customer know they are important and appreciated but that it will be a longer waiting time for services to be provided.
