Rooms have multiple lights but not properly placed which makes the room lights feel uneasy.AC fixture in the room is also poorly maintained.Overall looks clean at first but there seems to fine dust settled in

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. Room was clean & comfortable, staff was kind and welcoming. Only a 20 min easy drive to downtown, we could not have been happier. We even forgot a few items when we left and they shipped them back to us quickly.Would definitely stay here again!

It was a nice clean hotel. The staff was pleasant. Great location close to dining and shopping right off the highway. Due to Covid, we didn't get to enjoy the amenities pool and room cleaning service. We took out our own garbage. However, as soon as I called for reception for toiletries or to clean bathroom it was done immediately. Breakfast is still buffet style even though we're still in a Covid pandemic. So we were the first in line at 7 to grab our food and eat in our room.

We accidentally went to the wrong location thanks to google so be sure to double check your booking. Service was good everyone was kind and the front desk staff spoke perfect English. We only stayed for one night in December but our shower head was broken when you turned it on it would slide all the way down and face downwards and a leak would spray out from the side, we had to use towels to hold it up and to stop the floor from getting wet, we had just drove 10 hours and we're too exhausted, if we were staying longer we could've asked for it to be fixed but it was already 11pm we mentioned it on our way out so hopefully it got fixed. There is no breakfast included they have a basic breakfast you can get for a fee :(

Could be better!Pros:The hotel is located in a great area, less than 5 minutes drive from the airport and close to a lot of restaurants and Stores.The front desk staff is amazing and super helpful, i only remember Ahmed, Nadege and Eric by name, but all of them were amazing.Place was always clean, despite being very busy due to evacuees from the forest fire staying there.Cons:The breakfast is definitely not worth the 12$ charge, you can get a way better value at the A&W that's literally in the parking lot, there is a Tim's nearby as well as a Ben and Fiorentines.The bedding could be better, the pillows were pretty cheap and get flattened after 2 days. Had a sore neck for the rest of my trip

The Queen beds and feather pillows are so very comfortable .Easy to access from highway and 15 minutes to downtown.Very clean and modern.Our go to hotel in Quebec

Worst stay and service I ever had in hotel. Everything is good until you see or use what matters the most. Not clean, rooms are tiny, beds are not comfortable and no fans in the bathrooms. Decoration is from the 90s, dark and poor maintenance. 1 Elevator in the hotel and was not working for a whole day when the room was at the 4th floor. Indoor pool not heated because of missing parts. Breakfast is a joke and good luck to find a seat. Overall the hotel is very noisy. Charged for extra fees for the ‘baby park’ something that never been told about while booking or mentioned in the confirmation, I don’t recall I saw such a fees in any other hotel. On top of that very unprofessional staff, to be precise, the head of the reception, a lady who does mostly everything, was very not nice. Advice: review the amount the hotel withdrawals after checkin because I was charged a higher rate and they had to fix it. Actually my true advice: avoid this hotel if you can

Outstanding service. Comfortable, accessible room. Yummy breakfast. Desk clerk arranged for a van to transport us with our mobility scooter. Staff also arranged an accessible city tour.

We stayed here for 2 nights in September 2020. Hotel is good, the beds are comfortable and the room is nicely decorated. They have a breakfast option available for $6 or $7? It's okay but not great. They also have free coffee all day in the lobby which is nice. The people at the front desk are helpful and friendly and speak great English. I would stay here again.

If you're looking for an economic option nearby Quebec City, not bad of an option. Nothing spectacular.
