The driver was awful on the phone. Told him I was going to try 1 more tow company to see if wait time were shorter... he said not going if your going to call around" and hung up. -30 below with car problems and having the worst day + his attitude... lost a customer for life!"

TLDR: Martin & Co went above & beyond to make sure I was safe & on my way as quickly as possible after a rescue out of snow bank on Hwy 42. Fair/reasonable rates & amazing service!I'm from Edmonton & was on my way to Medicine Hat via Hwy 42 on a Tue afternoon in January when I had a near miss with a semi that ended with me being high-centered at a 45 degree angle in/on a snow bank. After dealing unsatisfactorily w/ AMA, I Googled tow trucks near me" and this was the first option. Our truck broke down on the highway Christmas Eve (when it was -38C!), they had a recovery truck there within the hour, fixed our vehicle on Christmas Day and had it ready for us to drive back home on Boxing Day! They went above and beyond for us and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Extremely professional and so kind!

I left my keys in the vehicle, not a smart thing I know. It was so cold, i expected to wait hours for help, BUT Mar-Tin towing to the rescue! He was there super quick, and got me into my jeep super quick and was super nice! I recommend this company!
