I have bought and sold many properties over the years and have worked many realtors along the way. Carly is hands down the best realtor I have ever worked with. In this case I was assisting my wife's 86 year old Auntie to sell a rental property. Carly was referred to the Auntie through a close friend. Carly assisted every step of the way. From helping find painters and dealing with strata approval to do the work. We worked together to decide what needed to be done to get the best price. It was decided to sell our condo just when the interest rates were increased and the market slowed down. But with Carly we had no worries she provided excellent advise and produced an excellent pamphlet. She held open houses and arranged showing and sold our unit within a couple of weeks. I feel that she went over and above to make sure our unit sold and that we got a fair price. I would recommend her to anyone.

I was very nervous throughout the process of buying a new home and trying to sell the one I lived in. Carly made sure that all my questions were answered and reassured me that my condo would sell.
