Took 4 hours to deliver 6 skids. Take more than hour to provide paperwork after unloading. Needs to improve service as truckers come according to their appointment. They should set a schedule and give them proper appointment according to their workload. The lady at reception is worst. Didn’t tried to help .

The security guy at the front was good and polite. The lady in the office very friendly as well and she gave me door immediately. Backed on the door, after 15 minutes the light turned red. They didn’t start unloading yet. 1 hour with red light and still waiting……..

Good area to sit and eat, microwave available, everyone talk nicely, BUT OVERNIGHT SLEEP IS ON THE ROAD OUTSIDE ALONG HYW 640 , so loud noise Bcz of hyw can’t sleep whole night

For a Sobeys Distribution Centre this has probably been the best one I have been to. Friendly shippers and fairly quick unloading compared to others I have been at. They allow you on the property one hour before your scheduled appointment so don’t show up too early!
