Tall Zach is amazing! He’s so helpful and full of ideas. He’s not pushy and gives you time to make decisions. He helped us pick out these couches and helped choose the fabrics for both the couch and pillows. We also picked out the table and end tables. Furniture Extremes delivery company is also so amazing. They are easy to work with and have great staff that ensure the delivery process goes smoothly. I will definitely recommend and if we ever need any other furniture, they will be my first stop.

We just purchased a sectional and 2 chairs from Mark at Furniture Extreme and the experience was fantastic. My husband and I rarely find ourselves on the same page when it comes to furniture and decor but Mark listened to us both and found us the perfect pieces that captured both wish-lists.The absolute game-stopper for us (aside from the incredible sale price they offered) was their stain protection program. We have 4 kids and a dog and our biggest hesitation in buying quality furniture - is the risk of seeing it destroyed! Mark told us how their stain protection program works - and it sealed the deal.Looking forward to getting our new living room setup! Thanks again Mark!

I recently bought a sectional from here and had a good experience. The customer service was great, the prices are fair, and the furniture they sell is good quality. We bought the couch and only had to wait 2 days for it to be delivered. Overall a wonderful experience and I'd highly recommend shopping here! Glad I saw the ad on Facebook because I wouldn't have known about this store otherwise.

Went to purchase a couch for our new house with my spouse. Mark helped make this process super friendly and easy. We had ordered a sofa and loveseat. Unfortunately the sofa didn’t fit and we had to return BUT I must say the customer service at this store is the best I’ve ever received to date. Not only was mark prompt and extremely accommodating with the issues of it not fitting the ladies on the customer service admin end were absolutely incredible I think I was dealing with Chantal and Ashley. Honestly even though the couch didn’t fit I want to buy other things there because they were all so nice and professional. THANK YOU!!

We found out about Furniture Extreme through an AD on Instagram. We had just moved into our first home and were looking for couches. My husband and I walked in and met Ajay. He went above and beyond for us. He was so patient, especially with me because I am extremely indecisive. We finally narrowed it down to two choices. Ajay was very knowledgeable about both options and gave us the pros and cons for each. He talked to us about the warranty coverage, the return policy, delivery, etc. There was not a topic he did not cover. He was also very hospitable and brought us drinks to sip on while we continued to browse.If you are ever in the store, ask for Ajay directly. You will not be surprised! Thanks so much Ajay!

Tomorrow will mark 11 weeks since I ordered and paid for my sofa. I was told it would be “5-6 weeks till it will be delivered”, that they would rather give me a 5-6 week time frame and be a week or so early than to be late. Well, here I am still without my sofa. I called on the day that marked 6 weeks and was told it will be another 3 weeks… I asked if they didn’t think a courtesy call was in order, prior to me calling on the last day of the time frame given. She said “just because you called us first doesn’t mean we weren’t going to call. If you want to cancel the order you can, we don’t want to hold your money”. Ummmm, so I can I start my search all over now after already waiting this long?? I decided I would continue waiting, after all what’s another 3 weeks after waiting this long, when I would need time to go make another purchase.Fast forward, I’m at 5 weeks past the original quoted delivery of 5-6 weeks. That is 11 weeks and still no sofa, no courtesy calls, no nothing!! Highly unimpressed and will not be able to give this place as a suggestion to anyone, not friends, family or customers. I will actually have to suggest “anywhere but there”.

Mark and the entire team at Furniture Extreme were extremely helpful.Not pushy like most other places you go to.Still waiting on our order as it will take some time to arrive but the experience so far was excellent.

I have had a fantastic experience with Furniture Extream. I had some issues with delivery of my sectional fitting in the elevator and my apartment door. I had dealt with Zac a few times. He was extra helpful helping me find a new sectional that would fit.

Went to Furniture Extreme as my partner and I are looking for a new couch. The staff did not acknowledge us at all and when they did they only acknowledged my male partner despite getting both of our names. Only when we decided to leave the store a different representative by the front acknowledged us both. Will be looking elsewhere for our furniture needs in the future.
