Saks OFF 5TH

Not much stock. Very few dresses/blazers almost no skirts in stock. Went to buy a dress/suit and left with a small shirt.

Friendly, honest, and helpful staff. I was very impressed. Also great prices for a Saks store.

Saks Off 5th is right in front of the Rideau center. You can find all kind of designer clothing at very good prices, still it is very hard to get any assistance in here. Probably 1 or 2 people may be visible at the store, if you like to look for your own stuff it could be a good option. But if you need any help, it may be a little challenging.

This place has some pretty cool brands for sale at a decent price. The selection is surprisingly great. Really great concept

Hey nice store. Can't really remember if I bought anything. We'll decorated, nice inventory. I guess it depends on what you need but worth a look!

It's like a ghost town. The shelves are bare and I think I saw tumbleweed blow by. They have 1 person working the counter for multiple brands. So not specialized product knowledge to a specific brand which contradicts how ppl shop

Hadn't been here in about 3 years definite improvement in terms of customer service from the associates. Great and friendly service but they don't have a big selection. Wish they had more so!

Avid Hudson Bay shopper, visit at HBC and first time setting foot at Saks Off 5th Rideau on December 28, 2018. Politely asked young man with beard and accent in his 20s to direct me to Women socks and stockings... Staff responded with a major attitude and in an extremely condescending way to go across the hall. Once there asked another young woman the same question, she turned to the inquired to the arrogant young man who was walking behind me if she should show me or if she should send me to Hudson Bay... He never responded, nor did she, was left there hanging. Not impressed. Then could not find anyone on the floor at HBC. Never again will I set foot in that store again or any other store from this banner. In a store where Customer service was key, I find that it is now seriously lacking and the arrogance of the staff not only at SAKS but HBC to be very disturbing, HBC you've lost my business and my money.
