I’ve been a customer of Ottawa Medical Spa & Aesthetics for many years and have had a variety of services. Vesna is very knowledgeable has always provided wonderful service in a clean, friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Vesna’s suggestion of IPL treatments to treat persistent rosacea was very successful. I’m happy with all the services I’ve had and find pricing reasonable when compared to similar professional spas.

Vesna and Sarah were very welcoming and provided excellent service. They were very professional during the whole session. The room were we had our double relaxation massage was clean and cozy. The aromatherapy oil that they use was a wonderful blend and not over powering. We left totally relaxed. Highly recommend Ottawa Medical Spa.

Went here for a one hr RMT massage as a first time client as it was highly rated and conveniently located downtown Ottawa. Don’t be fooled by the somewhat hole-in-the wall exterior! The spa itself is nice, clean, and professional. The RMT was great and even went over time. Will definitely come again.
