Concentrix

This was my place of employment from 2013 until 2018. I watched this business go from Aditya Birla Minacs to Minacs now finally Concentrix in my years there and with each new company there seemed to be decline. Honestly the people who work there are awesome I made some amazing friends there but that was about it. Management is horrendous, if you had an issue with your pay you had a minimum of at least a 2 week run around to deal with it, there is no on site HR which is a nightmare in so many ways and how they handle their employees is astounding. Micromanaging to the extreme with metrics as well as unrealistic expectations of employees. To top it off as for seniority ect when minimum wage was increased a new pay scale was introduced and yes I was in the highest paid sector however whith the new pay scale people that just started and were in my queue would be making the same wage as I was having been there 5 years. The same for some who had been there 10 or 15 years, seniority and loyalty mean nothing. Not to mention that this is a company who wrongfully dismissed me while I was on a medical leave of absence and sent my termination papers via currier to the wrong address! Power to you if you can work there it takes a lot of willpower. Good luck!

Went through a hiring process of 3 months. The recruiter never responded through email and when asked to call, never responded with a time and only a date, assuming I was available at anytime for them. Everytime the training date would come up I would miss it due to lack of communication, inaccessible links for the job agreements and background check, and training days have a ridiculously long wait time (once a month). Went to supervisor to get further help and was told I wasn't dedicated to the job and I lacked motivation even though the hiring process at that point was taking months due to their behalf. Wasted three months on a job that will not care about your dedication and will blame it on your actions and everything YOU could've done and not error on their part. Red flags all around this company, don't waste your time.

Classic bureaucracy creates a professional" environment full of "not my problem/job" mentalities and a lot of "I don't knows" or deflection from the management. To counter that point: Everyone not on the phone is doing their job to manage you

Spam fake not real.

This company is incredibly unprofessional. After an interview they said they would let all candidates know within 24-48 hours either way. 1 week later sent a follow up email. Was ignored. When leaving the interview a receptionist was talking about what I would assume is drugs as they wanted to get 'high' when they got home. Upon leaving the building and passing by the smokers section for this company all I could hear was the workers complaining. One was crying due to some internal issue with a manager. This company has absolutely not changed and is still Minacs at heart don't be tricked.

Only decent paying gig in town. Chances to progress. Not bad.

Ok place to worm but once you don't work there anymore there impossible to get a hold of and dick you around on your t4 and lie on record of employment

Standard call centre office with high turnover. Pretty much most applicants will be hired. Unreasonable call metrics are used to micromanage employees.

Worked here for a month, took time off due to a family emergency and did not want to return afterwards. Sent emails and called in leaving a new phone number I acquired, and was lied to directly on the phone by one of the team leaders. I have been ‘attempted’ to make contact with, check my emails if not hourly, nothing. Call history, nothing. They sent a letter to my parent’s house stating I have not made contact with them whatsoever about my situation. Sent multiple emails and forwarded them to HR as requested by the letter. No response. The company hires lack professionalism. Would not recommend job to anyone.
