Great Canadian Oil Change

Garret was amazing , we just came here as our car has some oil burning issue and we were in middle of a trip.He topped the oil and explained to us what could be done. It was all super quick.

I drove to Salmon Arm BC from Vancouver Island, and my friends were shocked that I didn't get all my fluids checked before I left. I was relying on the folks who sold me the van and all the maintenance receipts they gave me to show that the van had been properly maintained. So I went to the local Salmon Arm Great Canadian Oil Change, and they took me right in immediately. They checked my steering fluids, brake fluids, transmission fluid, engine oil, filters, radiator fluid, and window washer fluid, and checked all lights and indicators. Everything was clean, working, and topped up and so they said no charge! I was shocked and embarrassed that they had done all that work and charged me nothing. Garrett served me and was excellent. He showed me everything as he completed it, and was so nice and professional as were the rest of his colleagues. I can't say enough kind things about this excellent team! True excellence and teamwork are still alive and well in Salmon Arm BC! Now I can continue on my journey to Ontario with peace of mind. ❤ . Dave Mather - Thornhill, Ontario.

The mother's day free oil change for single moms event was pretty amazing! Very well organized and ran very smoothly. I was very pleased with the kind treatment I received from the volunteers. Not one of them wasn't smiling when I was getting my car detailed, washed and oil Changed at no charge! Great first year of putting on this event you guys! I have only positive things to say about great Canadian oil change in Salmon Arm!

I’ve been taking my vehicle to GC @ the Salmon Arm location for years. Used to be great service up until my last visit, I will never be going back here again.Shortly after going there my oil light comes on my dash. Low oil…. After doing a bit of investigating we found my oil filter was loose. This could have been potentially devastating for my engine had we not caught it in time. I felt the work was sub-par when I went in for the oil change comparing it to previous visits. I just went to change my air filter and noticed I’m missing bolts for the case, buddy who “checked” my filter didn’t even bother to take it out and show me, rather he dropped his ratchet and a few bolts when he dropped them, told me my filter was good when he didn’t even take it out, and didn’t bother to tell me he had lost the bolts for it.

Super location. Brought in my cx7 sport and one of the workers had the same car as me. It was a great small talk note to pass the time. Always a wonderful job at GCOC

Had a great experience when getting our oil changed, car had been sitting for a year and a half but Tristen was amazing. Profesional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Changed our oil and checked/cleaned our coolant overflow. Definitely recommend them as bringing your own oil they're very cheap and a good and inexpensive business to go to. Thanks so much guys!

Tristan was absolutely amazing! I needed a new battery, and he found me one for a very low price compared to other places in the area. He hardly charger any labour for his time and was very polite. After the new battery was in my check engine light was still on and he ran a diagnostic test for free to ease my worry. I recommend coming here!

Really good guys in there. We chatted about the area, about Canoe, they did a great job on the oil change and I was happy with the outcome.

The brand seems to have put a lot of effort into quality and reputation over the last few years, I went 500km over my oil change on a drive just to make it to a great Canadian instead of something else.
