Came in with a flat, gave us a great deal on a new set of tires (we were overdue for a new set). Got us in and installed in less then an hour. Didn’t even charge labour. Zane was especially helpful, informative and friendly. Great service!

Buy your tires here and you will never get them rotated or you can if you can out wait them. They will give you a appointment months away hoping you’ll go away.

Mom had a flat so I took the tire into these blokes, and they were so great. Very up front about cost and availability. Swapped the spare with a different tire from the car for safety with no charge. Thanks guys

My wife got new tires on her car recently and needed her lug nuts tightened. Big O Tires was near her office and they were happy to do it and didn’t charge. A week later she had a noise coming from her car. She took it to them last minute and they were again happy to help. They took off both front tires and eventually found a rock in the dust guard. Again, didn’t charge! Every time my wife goes to them they are amazing!! It’s awesome that friendly businesses like this exist.

Very professional, with a personal awareness. I had a slow leak , puncture by screw.I called them at 9 am. Monday. They saw me at 9:10. I went for a 30 minute walk around Dundarave, while they fixed my flat. Best 50 bucks I spent in a long time. They are local, yet the brand is well known and trusted by me. I strongly recommend them to anyone in West Vancouver. I have seen Teslas, Mercedes, and battered pickup trucks being serviced by them. Fast ,courteous, competent. 2 thumbs up.

I bought a set of four tires here seven years ago and another set yesterday. Both times the service was very professional and my truck was equipped with tires that were a perfect match for the challenging conditions I need to drive in. The team is very knowledgeable courteous and efficient. These are very honest guys that really take care of their customers.

Had a wonderful experience with the kind people working at Big O tires. Due to my own fault my winter tires were too small and I needed them changed and Jen was extremely kind in listening to my situation and trying her best to fit me in same day. The two workers (Akbar and im sorry I forgot the second guys name) despite working all day were also very professional and got the job done. I cannot thank them enough.

I called few shops in lower mainland before i decided to get my car tires from Big O Tires, located at 2504 Marine Drive, West Vancouver, BC. I got the best price from this location and when i went to get the tires installed, i was amazed by the service. I highly recommend this location to all looking for any tires related services. I found entire staff very polite and professional, including the girl at the front desk and the guys working in the shop.
