Dr Louie is literally the most uneducated dentist I've ever seen ...he literally pulled the wrong tooth then denied it and refused to send my X-rays to the dentist I had no choice to see after his mistake..his receptionist was a complete B:!;/;ch ......my New Dentist tried to get my X-rays and agreed completely with this statement ....BEWARE !!!!"

All staff are so kind and really made me feel comfortable even though I was super nervous. Warm yet professional all the way.

Needed a pan x-ray. The staff was very friendly and it was a quick and painless appointment. Thank you!

Dr. Louie is an excellent dentist. He has been treating our family for almost 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, skilled , explains all of the options and does an exceptional job. Take it from me a very challenging and nervous patient this is an amazing dental practice - from Dr. Louie & Dr. Roth and all of their staff. They all take their time to show great patience, kindness and understanding. They do great work too!

Dr Louie & Dr Roth and the staff provide a very friendly environment. Both dentists are very thorough & they take the time to explain all the options & help find the best treatment. I am very lucky to be a patient here & highly recommend this office!

My wife had a dental cleaning appointment for this morning which was made at least 2 months ago. We received timely call to advise that they had experienced a power outage, and asked to wait on a call to advise when she could go in. Absolutely no problem with this, stuff happens. But after a couple of hours my wife calls for an update, and is told that her appointment needs to be rescheduled to a later date. Disappointed that the office didn't call back as soon as this was known/decided, because we wasted a lot of time spinning our wheels waiting for an update until *we* decided to call, and in the meantime I missed an appointment because I was on standby to drop her off. Friendly staff at the front desk, but we feel let down by this lapse in communication and the knock-on impact to our schedules.

Dr. Louie has been our family dentist now for over 15 years. We are the type of people who do not like having dental work done...at all, however we feel very fortunate to have Dr. Louie as our dentist.
