Soletta Dry Cleaners

I have been coming to Soletta for a few years now for both dry cleaning and alteration services. They have always provided amazing service and I know my clothes are in good hands here. Pricing is also reasonable. Even though I’ve moved further out of this area, I still make the trek here because I don’t trust anyone else with my dry cleaning. The couple that operates this place are also just the most kind, lovely people.

I love going to Soletta for my alterations & dry cleaning because the woman is so friendly and welcoming. My requests are always done ahead of time and I feel good every time I walk in. Highly recommend! A++

The most pleasant experience I've ever had at a cleaners. I had a bit of a wardrobe malfunction and needed an emergency repair on a pair of dress pants. Me thinking I'll be independent I tried to fix it myself but I got nowhere. Skip forward to the day these pants needed to be fixed and prestine and I pass by Soletta! The wonderful lady joked with me behind the counter and was more than willing to help. So I sprinted home, grabbed pants came back and had a quick and efficient fix. My pants feel good as new, didn't have to break the bank, and what started as a bad day isn't so bad anymore. Thank you guys so much!

I had some paint on a sweater that needed special cleaning and she took care of it on the spot without charging me even after I offered to pay.First class customer service!

I’ve only had amazing experiences having my clothes dry cleaned and altered at Soletta! They dry cleaned a silk shirt and have hemmed dress pants for me before an important work trip and I was super happy with the results. Their prices are very reasonable too! Recently I went in to see if they could repair a pair of old soccer socks that I’ve had for 10+ years (nostalgic for me) and the woman there sewed them on the spot after they were closed and refused to charge me anything. I was so thankful and touched. The owners are the loveliest people and I highly recommend.

Called in advance for a quote and the woman gave me a price range and said it would likely be less since it was a simple hem. I took work off to drop off the garment and when I arrived she quoted me DOUBLE (double the maximum in the price range). I asked why the price had changed and she laughed at me (which I felt was quite rude) and continued to say because the dress is long - though she knew this when I called and offered length, fabric and other details. I told her I had to call my partner (not another alteration place like she claims) to confirm he was okay with me spending double what I had just been quoted and he told me to not go there if I was feeling mistreated this way. It was an extremely unappreciated experience, and she was very unkind - especially laughing at my questions when I was trying to understand. I will not come back and do not recommend others come here when prices are unusually high and the staff are so rude. Perhaps it was a bad day, but there was no need for her to ruin mine.

Great spot for dry cleaning and alterations! I even needed some hemming done in a rush (24 hour turn around) and they happily accommodated. I’d highly recommend Soletta!
