If you are going for lunch avoid this subway. If the person infront of you orders 8 subs like what happened to me they will make you wait until they make every sub and cash the guy out before they acknowledge that your there. Took over 20 minutes for 1 sub when I get 30 minutes for lunch. Place is a joke.

This place was great when it opened, but has gone downhill fast. They run out of buns constantly, never have any fresh cookies, and one female employee threw my sub to the next section as she was mad I made her cut my foot long evenly". smh. Just now I called to see if they had my Honey Oat buns

In terms of fast food this was great. The service was super friendly and fast, my sandwiches were all made very well and the facility is super clean. They had all the options available and were not out of the beyond meat like the first place I stopped.

Clean, fast and efficient. While this is a gas station subway, I think due to the high volume of traffic to the reserve for gas and other products this makes it able to continually serve fresh and never stale product.

What a bonus to have a Subway in this location.We stopped in for lunch. This location is connected to a convenient store and a gas station. The young man who served us was extremely polite and super nice not like the usual I don't care attitude towards customers.We had our usual foot long tuna sub, added 3 extra kinds of cheese, fountain drink, 2 large size chocolate chunk cookies and a bowl size clam chowder soup.......to our freaking surprise our total came to $14.85 for everything. Holy cow.......what a deal! We usually paid $21.65 for every we just ordered.I look forward to working in Kingston and dropping by for gas and a bite to eat.

Definitely avoid this branch if you’re looking for normal service time. Waited 20 min in line with only 2 customers in front of us. There was one lady preparing the subs and it was obvious that she hated her job and didn’t wanna be there. She was extremely slow, and would constantly go in the back for a while, and her customer service was atrocious. Highly recommend that management properly vet their employees cause my experience was honestly disgusting

During Covid at its highest protection I had to leave a store as they argued with me reguarding washing their hands before making my food because they had just made another persons sandwich.

This Subway takes the cake for the best made Subway sandwiches that I have had the pleasure of eating. The sandwiches are made perfectly and to your exact specifications. When I say your specifications, there is no begging to put on an extra leaf of spinach here. You ask for extra vegetables, you are getting extra vegetables. The staff is very friendly, so don't be afraid to chat them up. Finally, there is no HST, so don't be afraid to buy extra, so you can enjoy a sandwich the next day for lunch or forge stronger bonds with hungry friends and family.
