I visited this location yesterday after having spoken to Caroline over the phone. She was very helpful, polite and knowledgeable. I wanted to darken my highlights and asked for her advice she showed me some suggestions. I decided on one together with hair mask and leave in conditioner as I have very curly hair.I can say I am very satisfied with the product and very happy with the colour chosen - my hair feels and looks refreshed with the new colour. I love this location! W so many products being discontinued or not shipped to hair salons, this is my go-to store! All the staff are so knowledgeable! Products are always great. I always ask for the staffs recommendations once I share what im looking for and they always have great tips. I just bought 3 products yesterday: a treatment - sauce deep mask, ion shampoo, and ion titanium conditioner. All the products were recommended by a girl (didn't get her name but she has braces) because I couldn't find what I normally buy (totally out of everyones control because of shipment issues) and she recommended products that were exactly what I wanted and needed. It's a great store, such a nice and calm environment and I love that they always have new products.

I have shopped at All locations and keep coming back to Markham. The staff are always please and more so knowledgeable about the products... From flat irons to shampoo to makeup they all have an experience to share and great suggestions. I purchased yesterday. Also last week but yesterday even another client included herself about her ourchase experience a d products she bought there. That. Certainly tells you what their client base feels about this location. These ladies enjoy what they do use the product on the shelf and care that you find what you came for and more!!! Not to may retailers like in my experiences. GREAT JOB LADIES!!!!

I love having red head, so this is my go to location even before I moved up here.Very nice staff and always helpful.Great selection from nail polish to hair dye, shampoos, deep conditioners and some small electronics. I went here for nose trimmer and they didn't have that so I guess if anyone who is looking for nose/ear trimmer they don't have it.They have everything else, hair equipment like hair dryer too.

I just called a few minutes ago, and the woman on the phone was very helpful. She did her best, and was kind - giving recommendations as I asked about hair dye & certain names / titles of the hair dyes that could work for what I’m looking for, as I’ve really been wanting to dye my hair strawberry-blonde.Of course, she said what would work best for her to give me tips on tones of hair dye, it’d be easiest to see my hair in person, to see the necessary colours that would be “needed” for what I’m looking for.She mentioned that today is the last day for the - Buy 1, Get One Sale for Hair Dye. Though of course, she did also say that it would work fine for me to come in any day that could work, too (:This Sally Beauty Supply location seemed to have good reviews, and google maps says it’s just about 30 minutes from my home.

I had a complication with an order due to the lockdowns that kept happening. I needed to do some returns but didnt make the deadline due to the store closing. I have just left this store with everything being resolved way easier than i thought it would be. The manager here is an absolute delight, i go to her every single time im in the store. She knows her stuff like the back of her hand & she pays very close attention to customer needs & feedback. I used to go to multiple sallys stores, now i just go to this one. The other staff there have all been very nice, i have not personally discussed much with them to comment on their knowledge of the products but i can say that they do make the store very welcoming.

Amazing service very friendly staff even though they are about to close the store in a few mins they both gave the best service with a smile..

Really a great place to get your beauty supplies. A nice young girl named Alexia greeted me and proceeded to help me find the perfect hair mask, she knew exactly how to help. Stephanie and Ali helped as well. Such great staff, clean place and very professional. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Stopped by today to pick up some goodies. Really miss browsing in the store and chatting to the staff. This is a great location. Lina and all the staff have great customer service skills ... but you feel like a friend too!Lina really helped me out recently, I told her my issue and her recommendation was perfect.Thank you Lina ... and staff...I'm horrible with names.
