Had to use the this company for years. If the work was good as the customer service I would only have use them once. Do not recommend for gas fire place repair. It’s seems that he just doesn’t care. Money wasted.

Great experience with Joe's Fireplace. Helpful and knowledgable when making decisions and efficient on getting the install done. The house is nice and warm and the fireplace looks great! Highly recommend them.

Drove behind a company truck on my way to work, the driver was either drunk or on their phone the entire way, on Buckley Avenue squamish. Fully in the oncoming lane and the bike lane, nearly hitting parked cars, swerve city. Rolling disaster!

They just installed gas insert fireplaces at my home that look beautiful. Installation team was friendly, knowledgeable and beyond helpful.Pre-purchase, the in-store help was great. She knew the products and all the features well including info on upcoming promotions. This made the process and decision easy.

Serviced the old, and bought a new woodstove from them as well. Good service, good products, good people.

Joe's sold and put in my wood burning stove 20 years ago and have since serviced it a few times. I have also worked with them many times over the years purchasing gas fireplaces for clients. Always been a great experience.

I am a property manager and have had Joe's fireplace install 2 gas inserts where there were previously existing wood burning fireplaces. Not only did they show up when they said they would, they managed to remove the old fireplace with no damage and did a great job installing the new. Not easy work. They left the houses in great condition. I would definitely recommend Mike and his boys!

It was very difficult to deal with this company. They are unreliable. We had been waiting for over a month for a wood fireplace cleaning, they cancelled on us, rescheduled for the following week, and didn’t show up. When I called to see what happened, they had just forgot to come. He said he would call back monday to reschedule and didn’t bother to call back until Tuesday after 5pm and left a message. I didn’t bother to call him back, because who knows when we would have been scheduled up next. We were lucky to find another company in town that was able to come and deal with our pretty dire situation at that point ASAP.

ZERO Stars actually, This company are very hard to deal with. They seemed to do zero preparation, started the job then told us there was a part missing and that it would take a couple days to order in and walked away. When we tried to follow up a week later they had trouble remembering who we were and rudely informed us that the part was on backorder and sounded as though they had completely forgot to order it anyway. They are also very hard to get hold of or communicate with. After investigating further we learned that the part was not on backorder at all and actually readily available so we got the part ourselves. At this time they had the nerve to invoice us the full amount whilst the fireplace was not even usable! Once we got the part we had to finish the install otherwise, the whole painful process has taken a month. They have STILL not contacted us to finish the job or follow up! Do not use this company.
