Went in for a full service which I asked for a hot shave and no part of my shave was hot. They shaved my cheeks with no cream or anything and basically ripped the hair out. No hot clothes or anything. Worst shave I have ever had. Usually the best thing about going for a complete service is the hot shave. Never go back to that shop.
