Very impressed with the store's selection of Canadian made products and prices. The Global company values set the highest standards that I have seen in any pet food chain. I have long believed that a store should not carry brands that have animal testing or bad reviews like Science Diet and Blue Buffalo. I was very happy to see the product line as it reflects the Global company standard in providing only the best for my furry friends. The staff are exceptional and very knowledgeable. This is the only store I will ever buy pet food. Great job Global!!!

Went there today for our cat who has regurgitated twice within 12 hours and the lady there was helpful and knowledgeable. Theo (our cat) loves the pumpkin for his stomach and ate it and kept wanting more. Thank you so much for all your help.

The customer service here is excellent, the staff are very friendly and helpful and have alot of knowledge about their products. The lady who helped us gave us great information about their raw food products and food for dogs with a sensitive stomach. They have a great selection of high quality and healthy pet food at good prices. We will definitely be shopping here again!

Why you volunteered to special order our dog food and then failed to place the order or notify us is beyond rude. We now have nothing to feed our dogs that have digestive issues and are spending the day scrambling to find something. If you don’t intend to follow through please don’t waste peoples time. You’ve lost a customer.

We loved coming here when we had our dog. The owner and staff were always so friendly and helpful. The store is so clean and everything is organized so well, making everything easy to find. They would always be happy to offer the latest samples for food or treats if they were available. This location will definitely be our go-to place if we ever get another dog.

Well usually I have a great experience when I visit this store, however about a week ago I went there to pick up some items for my 2 dogs. The lady that was working that day did not greet me when I entered, she just watched me to make sure I used the provided hand sanitizer (which I did), still hadn’t said a word to me. I was looking for the items, no offer of assistance or anything. When I finally found the items I was looking for, and went to the counter, she told me the price and waited while I paid, never asked if I had found everything. Didn’t offer a bag, didn’t say “Have a nice day” or anything as I left. Worst experience ever, I’m considering taking my business elsewhere.

My pup and I love coming into the store! The staff are so sweet and very knowledgeable about the products and merchandise. Shania and Rebecca have been so helpful in finding treats, supplements, toys, and food for my little guy, Kane.It’s always a pleasure coming to this location. I love that there are options for ordering in products to the store, so I don’t have to travel far from home to get things I may need. Thank you so much for the excellent customer service and kindness. We will see you next weekend for a visit!
