Always a pleasant experience for me at Groom - I love the music and the atmosphere. My hair is a little finicky but Alexis always does a top notch job. I’d recommend her for anyone.I admit, I wouldn’t come here for a “cheap” haircut but the overall experience more than justifies the price for me.

Quality experience. Not only does the staff know what their craft well here, but they take so much care into making you feel welcomed and valued its kept me coming back here a few years now. I've gone through a few barbers here which the common denominator is quality. They all respect the work they do and take alot of pride in being an artist. Recently Ive been getting my hair and beard cut by Kris. Very knowledgable and highly skilled, answers all questions I had and did a 12/10 job on my dew and educating me on hair care and what affects growth. It really pays to have people that take so much pride in their job especially you're leaving their shop with more than what you expected going in. Every minute and penny spent there has been worth it, I'll be seeing you guys again in 6 months :)

Great service and they are super friendly and caring. My son is 13 and this was his second time here for a cut, he also brought along his friend to get a cut as well and they were super happy with their styles. They both said this is where they want to come all the time now.

Have had 3 different barbers, and ended up going with Kris for a revisit. He was super knowledgeable about a condition I should look into, and instead of just gaining the money from the extra service, they recommended I hold off until I was sure what the issue was. 5 great cuts total, last 2 by Kris and will repeat with him again. Great music, great atmosphere, and only a few blocks from where I live!

I have been a client of Nygel's for over 20 years now, starting in the early days. Not only have I had the best haircuts than anywhere I've gone to in the country, but his skills, service and amazing atmosphere cannot be matched. Even when I lived out of city, and other provinces I timed my haircuts with visits so that I could get my cut here. I wouldn't trust anyone with my hair or style, or new recommendations other than Nygel and the Groom for Men staff.
