Foot Function

I was having some serious issues of pain with my knees and feet. I was informed by a chiropractor to go see a orthopedic specialist. I was referred to Cindie and she was absolutely wonderful and explain to me the mechanics of my potential issues regarding my ankle pain in both feet and pain in my left knee. She did some testing making me walk in my current shoes before and after installing new custom orthotics. Since wearing my new Orthotics I have noticed I have better stamina and I don't have the same amount of pain in my feet any longer. Not to say it's disappeared but it's definitely minimized. I would strongly recommend going to see foot function for any knee braces or custom orthotics.

I went to Foot Function Ottawa to get orthotics for my feet after I was struggling with plantar fasciitis for a few months. The orthotics helped fix my feet and I wear them every day since to prevent future problems. The orthotics are thin so they can fit in all of my shoes including my work shoes, winter boots, skates and sports shoes (cleats/tennis shoes). The service was excellent. I have already gone to get an additional pair of orthotics and I will certainly return in the future when I need new ones.

Both my feet had different issues. My orthotics were ready faster than expected and the results have eliminated my pain. Highly recommend them!

Have been a customer for many years. Very pleased with everything so far. Highly skilled and on top of the science, competitive prices and rapid turnaround due to in-house resources. Had my orthotics recovered earlier this year. Perfect job. Brought in a pair of Finn Comfort sandals with removable footbeds last week and had them outfitted with new custom orthotic inserts. Awesome job! They work great and still look just like regular European off the shelf sandals. Could not be happier. Thanks for the great service.

Cindie did a wonderful job with my new orthotics in the Orleans location. She even had my old orthotics re-lined with no charge. Will definitely be returning here when I need new orthotics.

Service was quick, efficient, and my orthotics fit perfectly! I used to have so much pain under my feet, and now I can go for a run, long walk, or play tennis several hours on end. I reccomend getting more than one pair, especially a cobra to slip into smaller shoes. Cindie is very friendly and bilingual. The staff greeted me on the way in and out, and I felt in good hands. Will definitely return in the future!

I couldn't be more pleased with the service that Cindy provided with my custom orthotics. She took time to explain everything, paid attention to detail and did not rush the process with me.
