Keywest Just finished our street in Delta, they did a great job and were very accommodating when it came to us having to use the street many times a day while the work was being done.We found the crew in good spirits with smiles on their face and always waved at us when we drove by. I do want to mention in particular a person named Steve, several times I walk down the road and talk to him about updates and other questions I had pertaining to the project, He was very helpful. I highly recommend Steve and his crew, And thanks again for the great job.

This company bids for jobs they can’t handle. Almost 0 PPE on their workers and terrible organization on their jobs. Don’t hire

These crews work past illegal hours it's midnight and they are still working infront of my house. 5am mornings til this late... Not acceptable!

I had the opportunity to waste $10k on this company. That's my bad. I failed to check the reviews online. The negative reviews online is definitely true. I experienced it first hand and warning everyone. I don't want this happening to anyone.Keywest told me that my new catch basin was too high but went ahead to repave my driveway anyways. The end result was pools of water not draining. Keywest blamed my drainage contractor about the catch basin even though they knew from the beginning. My drainage contractor agreed to work with keywest to fix it. The owner of keywest said he will be back. Never heard from him again. Keywest has skipped town!BEWARE!! You will lose a lot of $$$ if you hire this company!

This man by the name of Avtar with Key west Ashphalt business card did my driveway in Anmore a year ago. Although I was told to write the check to Central Paving but at the time of the work I did see the Keywest logo on the truck and equipment. I was even introduced to his supervisor with the name of Ricky. Prior to doing the work I specifically asked the Avtar, if any barrier needs to be laid to prevent weeds and specially horsetail not to grow! In response, the supervisor told me, not to worry

April 21, 2023 - The road contractors (Keywest Asphalt) left 24 inch pot holes on Parkway Blvd.. I've heard cars' chassis hit by the pot holes. Baffled how the construction crew can just leave dangerous pot holes on the road without fully securing them. Totally irresponsible."

Owner doesn’t pay all employees, overworks them, lies a LOT if your looking for a reliable paycheck your looking at the wrong company.

You need new drivers, one of trucks almost caused multiple accidents.
