Mahdi was very professional, prompt and friendly. I was needing his services after dinner on a Saturday night and he was able to accommodate me right away. His price was very reasonable as well. He also provided me a reasonable estimate on the repairs for my car, very knowledgeable.

Incredibly fast service (arrived within 15-20 minutes). Mahdi was an absolute gem during a really stressful moment. He towed my car to the nearest collision reporting center and on the way fully explained what to expect and next steps with insurance. Even offered to come back and give me a ride home if I couldn't find alternatives. Seriously A+ service and a genuine guy. Thank you!

They were very prompt to show up. The operator was friendly, professional and helpful. He knew what he was doing. Also, he followed up by text that the car arrived and the destination and even texted a picture, which was pretty nice. Very good service and follow up.

I was involved in a fairly serious vehicle collision. Mahdi showed up quickly, and was incredibly helpful through every process. He even drove me home once dropping my van off, as it was no longer drivable. The only towing service I will use going forward. If I could give 6 stars I would. He really did go over and above. Very happy with his customer service.

Called for towing- The gentleman was super nice and said- this is my price, but then told me that I might be able to get it done cheaper if I go with someone on my side of town. HONESTY- this is why this company has such a good review rating! Will call again for any towing needs, and I will spread the name to anyone who asks now.

I had the misfortune of being at the wrong place early in December 2022 and was part of a three vehicle accident. I was shaken and dealing with the what next of the situation when a friendly face appeared at the window asking if I needed help.Mahdi was very caring, compassionate, patient and professional. He towed my car to the Claims office, stayed with it till it was assessed and informed me of where it was being towed till the Autobody shop could pick it up.
