After using this service since they launched, my review has changed from five stars to one. Largely because I feel hugely disappointed with what was promised against what actually transpired.This service should not be called “unlimited boating” but more appropriately something like “we’re going to nag you and treat you like a child and nothing is good enough”. Seriously, only sign up to this if you want to feel inadequate and as if everything you do is wrong.I disliked their customer support when randomly mid season I had to cough up a few hundred bucks for fuel - false advertising and hugely money grabbing. Seriously, how desperate are they for a few hundred bucks? Are customers just ATMs to them.It’s fun for a while but to be honest they don’t seem to understand that they’re a rental company that rents out mediocre boats. You wouldn’t be treated this way at a car rental company or Air b&b with compatible items being rented that are worth far more. I’ve been treated like a child from the start. You can expect the same condescending attitude from their staff.Don’t bother. False advertising. Rude staff.PS, don’t even bother cleaning the boats through and through - you still get moaned at and they’ll find anything to complain about.

This is a great service, happy to have joined early. Haven’t had any issue booking once or twice a week. Wish they just had more boats so I can book more often :)

We had a wonderful experience with Skipperi. The booking was hassle-free. We were a group of 6 members and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We can’t wait to book again this season. All the best, Team Skipperi!

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE! ~Today was my first day taking out a Skipperi boat. I'm simply blown away by the nautical professionalism, impeccable state of boats, and warm customer service. I cannot recommend this program enough. FYI I am the former Sailing Director of an Adult/Youth Sailing School and Keelboat Sailing Co-Op., I have sailed for 40 years, and in my humble opinion; there is no better program than Skipperi for a boat co-operative.

This was just what I was looking for! Being able to boat in and around the Toronto Harbour and the Islands without the cost and hassle of owning my own boat. The Skipperi boats are all new and beautiful, easy to use and I never had a problem with the app. Best of all the staff - Andrew, Sydney and Keven - who were always so helpful and available. Highly recommend Skipperi!

Great service for renting out boats. Their system works really well, like zipcar, you can unlock the boat with a code from the app and you do the check in and check out through the app also. This system makes it really convenient.Also they only charge you for the months in the boating season, unlike other boat clubs that charge you for the entire year.Overall great experience, would recommend it to anyone who likes to be in the water and likes a company that uses technology and makes it easy to reserve and take out boats :)

Skipperi is a fantastic service that we didn't realize how much we'd enjoy! And the amazing tam of people who bring it all to life are awesome. Highly recommend.

From start to finish the check in, ride and check out was very smooth. I was lucky to have everyone greet me at the boat for my 1st rental. On my boat the radio didn't work but I'm sure that will be fixed soon. Getting the key was easy, maybe a longer key code (you will see what I mean). Still needs a few cleaning supplies but the boat is so new it will be fine for awhile. I put the table up and it S easy, push the button on the floor to unscrew it. The anchor is not attached to anything so be sure to attach it to the boat before you throw it in. I scuba dive so I might be able to retrieve it for you. I checked all the emergency supplies and life jackets. The plotter works well and the depths are in metric. Be sure to watch your speeds in the harbour even though most commercial boats are speeding. Avoid the airport markers, huge fines of you get caught there. The boat started very easily and I was out for about an hour. Out on the late I went about 35km and it was a smooth flat day. I went around from east to west harbour entrance aha used about 10 litres of gas. No idea how much that will be. If you are thinking about stopping back and going out again make sure you keep your key. Once you checkout you can't go out again on that boat. I think the rental times may need to be adjusted or allow users to chat wth each other about timing. For example if someone is going out at 10 and back at 12 then it would be good if someone else could get the boat then. All in all it was a great experience and the staff were friendly and helpful. Im going again this afternoon with my family. I look forward to meeting you all over the summer.
