Raymond is very rude and unprofessional. If you're looking for a lawyer whose condescending and has bad attitude than you found him! His assistance Cece is very nice how unfortunate she's has to work with him. Save yourself the headache do not go here.

I found Raymond to be extremely responsive, efficient and communicative throughout my closing process. I particularly appreciated how he worked on the weekends and weeknights. He also has quite the sense of humour. I found his humour to be especially refreshing, but note that it may not be everyone's cup of tea (hence the low reviews from some of the other reviewers). If you are looking for a nightmare of a real estate lawyer, you came to the right place. I wouldn't recommend Raymond to anyone. Raymond has a tendency of hanging up the phone after he finishes yelling and screaming at you. No customer service qualities whatsoever.Raymond nearly costed me thousands of dollars in closing costs. He wouldn't do his job of contacting the builder's lawyers and when asked to contact the lawyers to dispute the chargers, he became frustrated and ask me to pay him or I would lose my property. I emailed the builders directly and the entire 6k was cleared off on the last day of closing.Please be very careful dealing with lawyers and make sure that you do your due diligence. You really do get what you pay for.
