Stems & Roses flowers and gifts

The lady that took my call, (I think she was the owner but forgot to ask her name) took the time to hear the overall feel of the flowers I wanted to send to express a happy birthday to my sister. She was even able to send a text to show me what she had put together. This puts a fellow florists’ mind at ease when sending flowers from a shop I’ve never been at let alone sending flowers from provinces away.Thank you for making the day extra special with your care and concern with filling a floral order for me! I have been getting flowers from Holly since she opened. I have always been very impressed with the quality and how long my arrangements have lasted. Stems and Roses is also my first stop for a new plant. All have thrived. I am so happy to have such an amazing unique addition to our community! Holly is also an amazingly talented kind woman and am so happy to support her business!!

I wanted to give a long overdue note of thanks to Stems & Roses for all of the hard work that is obviously put into all the stunning floral designs that I have received and sent as gifts over the last few years. Not only does Holly have an amazing talent as a designer, she has a special way with understanding what her clients need. I have requested flowers for a wide range of events and not once been disappointed. I also rely on the selection of gift items in the shop regularly (for gifts to give and gifts for myself). Stems & Roses is on point with respect to seasonal offerings and trends. The fact that local delivery is offered makes it even easier to choose Stems & Roses! Holly is fantastic and shows a genuine passion for all things flowers and plants (and also other cool things like candles and soaps)! I’m always so impressed with her service, as well as how helpful and kind she is! Highly recommend Stems & Roses!

Fantastic shop! I've been here a couple times to get flowers, candles, etc for my daughter and my girlfriend, and both times they were a huge hit. They loved the arrangements. The staff were very helpful, which is great because I never know what to get. They didn't try to upsell me on anything either. The ladies that worked there were incredibly friendly and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely ship here again!

So very disappointed in the quality and customer service I received. Spent $100 on what I thought would be a very special arrangement for a friend going through hard times. When I emailed to voice my concerns, I received a reply back blaming the camera angle and didn't at all address my concerns. First and last time shopping here.
