I bought my kids backpack at this location and we received amazing service. Alisha, the manager, went above and beyond while helping us. We had a smooth experience and I would definitely recommend visiting this location.

Horrible service, horrible experience. Will never shop there again. Went in to return a brand new wallet..you could tell it hadn't been touched. I was past their 30 day policy. Store manager gave blanket NO..past our 30 day policy answer. Wouldn't even give store credit. I was only 2 weeks past. Most decent stores offer 60 or 90 days. Passed the decision off to her regional who I guess is the only one who can deal with customer service issues...took my name and number...never even got a call back. They obviously don't care about good customer service nor retaining any future business.

Terrible staff, 3 of them standing around at the cash area chatting. Not help any of the customers in the store. Today, March 21 at 4:25pm.Sorry, I was going to buy a Lug bag but I walked out.

I usually get my handbags from here but today July 14 2020 the lady that was on shift at noon was extremely disrespectful and rude she refused to assist my mother and myself with anything and also refused to leave the counter to address our request.. very disappointed! I recommend to hire respectable people with a genuine heart to work at your store or you will lose loyal customers! As a loyal customer this is the first time I walk out the store without purchasing what I intended to get! If I could give 0 stars I would!!

Was just in this store for quite a few minutes looking for something somewhat specific and the woman was so busy vacuuming the floor (including right around me) that she honestly could have cared less if I had come in. She didn’t say a word to me the entire time. There was actually a bag I was interested in but opted not to purchase it because of the lack of interest in having me a customer.

Pretty unmotivated sales person, I can see it very clearly that she doesn't really care about securing my business. No effort whatsoever, not even a smile. Also eating while talking to a customer is not really professional.
