D.A.D. HVAC was very personable, professional, prompt, punctual, and all the other positive P works haha. They diagnosed my furnace and provided a replacement at a very fair price for both of us, providing accurate documentation. Highly Recommend!

They installed a new central air unit for us. They were on time, respectful, did clean work and made every effort to help us understand our new system. They even changed my furnace filter and fixed a small issue, free of charge, that they found while working. I would absolutely recommend them.

We were left with a failed furnace late last week and needed one installed immediately. We called D.A.D. HVAC and had Derek and Dan come by quickly to assess the issue and we came to a decision to scrap our 35 year old unit for a brand new furnace. Derek and Dan are professionals and worked quickly and seamlessly and got us back up and running the same day! That was much appreciated as we have a 2 year old in the house. Would recommend these guys and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Emergency service was top notch!

We moved into a new home, only to realize that the air filtration system we thought we had wasn't operational at all. We were referred to Derek at D.A.D. with great feedback, and he visited our home within 24 hours to provide a free estimate. During the estimate, he was very friendly, knowledgeable about the issues with our HVAC system, offered a variety of solutions to our problem (with no pressure), and even recommended several other improvements to our system to improve overall efficiency. After we decided on the filtration system we wanted, Derek and his partner returned within a few days with the equipment, went to great lengths to keep our home clean, and took all the necessary precautions given the pandemic. They installed our new air purifier, repaired our existing humidifier, replaced the entire boot and elbow to make it slimmer and to give us more space around our nearby hot water heater. They then repaired minor flaws in other parts of the HVAC system and did a proper maintenance free-of-charge. They left our furnace room cleaner than when they arrived and they really seemed to have fun working together. It's now been about 2.5 months since they installed the system, and everything is working perfectly. My wife with asthma has no complaints and neither do I. I highly recommend these guys.

Dan and Derek provided excellent service from start to finish; navigating a (dead) squirrel, neighbours, fences and an electrical issue with professionalism and good humour. My furnace died unexpectedly and faced with navigating the myriad of brands and companies they were respectful and thorough - explaining key aspects of different options without ever resorting to a ‘sales pitch’. As a result, I felt I was able to make a well informed choice. I would recommend their services to anyone.

In a time when trades are becoming more and more transactional, Dan and Derek bring a much appreciated human touch and friendly attitude. They were responsive, quick, and thorough. They replaced our 15+ year old furnace with a new one at a competitive price. They installed a new humidifier, repaired our broken thermostat, and took the time to show us how to maintain the equipment through the different seasons. We had another company do a very poor ductwork job earlier. They installed a huge, ugly duct in our living room to run a cold air return line. The duct elbow stuck out from the wall and could have only been covered with a 8 inches bulkhead (in the living room!). D.A.D fixed the mess, redirected the vent through the kitchen with a much shorter elbow and cleaned up the place before leaving.I would highly recommend D.A.D for any HVAC related requirement. They are the best in terms of quality, price, customer service, and professionalism. D.A.D is going to be our go-to HVAC guys from now on.

I contacted Derek to fix my furnace that wasn’t working properly. He was at my place within 30 minutes...talk about quick response!!! He quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it within an hour (while going out to get the parts). He was professional and knowledgeable. He understood the urgency of the situation knowing we had 2 young kids in the house (temp -17). I will always use D.A.D. HVAC for any issues in the future. A great company...if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
