Siraj and the IFMS team always do a thorough job on my taxes every year. They do the taxes for my entire family. IFMS also helped my brother claim for the disability refund and set up a RDSP account.

SIRAJ doesn't know how to do taxes properly and his attitude is deplorable. He did a horrible job with our taxes but when we called him afterwards he said it was between us and CRA. Our taxes had to be reassessed and he made major errors on homebuyer's plan (RRSP) among other things. He had us owing thousands more than we should have. We're still dealing with it a year later. When I called him he said it's okay and I can go somewhere else. Would recommend you run away as quickly as possible.Shame on you!

If you have time to run behind your accountant and call him or email him without a response, even if its important, then this is the guy. Siraj is very unreliable and rude when you deal with him. My wife and her family did their taxes and accounting with them for 13 years and I filed my tax with him only once and found out how rude he is and has no value for customers and knows nothing about customer service. We recently had some questions about our tax return which he had made a mistake on. we only wanted him to fix it but he said lets not play blame games here" and did nothing to help us. So long story short
