Richmond Library and Cultural Centre
My little one loves this place. Art Class, pottery, ballet, dance and etc. the library is child friendly and have lots of services like 3D printing, regular printing, photocopy and etc. its super easy to register and borrow books here.

Lots of new books, place is large, can work or study here as it is quiet with free fast WiFi. Also has 3D printer, Cricut, and regular printing service and computer to use

Large space with a wide variety of books and amazing programs for all ages. Services are very accessible in-person and online. In addition, there are programs to support the less fortunate. Lastly, the staff has been nothing but friendly and inviting.
