After you have received the money, let you wait in the room alone for 3 hours. And the attitude of the nurse is super poor.

This medical clinic is almost useless. They're only good for prescribing drugs that you are looking for, but you need to know it before hand. If you are in need of a specialist, pray for good luck, because 99% of this clinic's specialists are not experienced at all. It's recommended to visit your family doctor.

I'd advise others to go to a different travel clinic, my appointment was rushed and the doctor wasn't interested in conversing with me even though I had many questions and was eager with a notepad. It was way more expensive than my partner's trip to another clinic (different medications and fees) and I left with no information about the risks in traveling to the areas I was going to. Only gave me directions on how to take medication and last minute mentioned that I MAY need to have another vaccination (when in reality it is 100% necessary to have another vaccination 4 weeks after the first... which my family doctor cleared up for me)For an $80 appointment fee I left still in the dark and relying on my own research.. no maps, no information pamphlet

These people can not even figure out how to answer the phone and book and appointment. Went with their competitor who was much better equipped for customer service

I started calling All Ontario on Thursday and gave up on Tuesday. I never once had a call answered by a person or had a call back by voice from someone from the clinic. Their interaction was all by texting. Painful. I did speak with an MD they arranged who called. He did not know travel diseases. No appointment at the clinic ever happened. On Tuesday, I found another clinic who gave me an appointment, I did the visit, met an expert doctor, got my vaccinations and good advice, all in the same day.

This travel clinic SHOULD NOT HAVE A LICENSE. DO NOT GO. ALMOST WENT TO AFRICA WITHOUT REQUIRED VACCINES BECAUSE THE DOCTOR" REFUSED TO GIVE IT TO US.THIS CLINIC SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN"
