Capital Limousine Service - Ottawa Limousine

We used Capital Limousine to take our family to see a Sen's game and we were not disappointed! Our driver Luciano arrived 20 minutes early which was fantastic-he was great with the kids who were beyond excited for their first trip in a stretch limo. He was ready for us as soon as the game was over. The rates were competitive, the car was extremely clean and everything worked great. We all agreed we would be using Capitals services the next time we treated ourselves to a great night out.

The service was exceptional. Driver was very nice and professional. He arrived 15 minutes early also. My bachelor party was a great success thanks to these guys! I would definitely recommend them! Very good pricing for a 5 hour limo service! Thanks!

Due to the price my wife decided to choose that limousine company to bring her to the ceremony of our wedding. The original driver didn't show up. It's bring her a lot of stress to arrive on time (at the end she arrive 10 minutes late - because she was alert and figure out a plan b).If you are convinced to choose than company for their low price be aware it could be a no show or late Show.

Capital Limousine are fantastic. Our driver, Denis, was incredibly professional and went out of his way to be helpful throughout the day.I'm a wedding photographer, and I'm going out of my way to share this experience, even though it was my clients who hired the Limo. I've been in scores of Limousines over the years, and this was the best experience so far...I had to share.

Fantastic service! We booked through the online booking and got an email reply promptly for a quote. First time requesting a limosine service and Jeff was very helpful in answering all our questions. He was able to accomodate our request and get us a limo for the date we needed it. Our driver Jack was amazing, sent me a text message to let me know he was on his way to pick us up and helped keep our drop off location a surprise to the guests with us. We finished our night earlier than expected and Jack was able to pick us up and take us home as we needed, just a quick text message and he was right where we agreed to be picked up. Definitely recomend this service!!!!

Capital Limo is an A1 car service provider. I've worked with them (through my employer) for the past 4 years and booked countless trips - they never miss a beat. They're always on time (or early), spotless cars, with personable and professional drivers. I can't recommend them enough! They're great!!

We (the bride and groom!!) were left stranded at our wedding venue at 1:30AM after everyone left.The car we booked with Capital Limousines to take us home after our wedding never showed up. We tried calling with no answer. We were exhausted and stranded at an empty venue for hours before we ended up taking a cab home.We finally heard back the following day via email and were informed that there had been a system issue. They insisted us that our credit card was never charged and denied our request for a refund until I sent them I photo of my credit card statement showing that we had in fact been charged. We did eventually receive a refund but still made for an awful experience on what should have been a special day.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!This company left me alone at the hotel while my wedding was supposed to start at 3:30 pm.2months before wedding and also the morning of the wedding I confirmed my booking with them. They msged me a black sedan is parked in front of the hotel. I came down with the wedding dress and the flower and THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO CAR. The driver they associated to pick me was in Montreal!They said they did a mistake and they’re going to send another driver in 25 minutes. However the new driver said I’ll be there at 3:30 pm( time of our wedding).Finally I came up with uber. Thanks god I was late only 10 minutes.PLEASE DONT DO MY MISTAKE AND TAKE A LOOK AT THE OTHER BAD REVIEWS. THEY HAD THE SAME STORY. the good comments are probably their relatives!

This is absolutely ridiculous reading fake and falsified reviews.Anyone who knows Capital limousines knows that we have a very well maintained fleet, and super clean vehicles.Giving 1 stars by Jenny Bright (an old town car)Earl Smith showing up an hour and 30 minutes late again saying an old limo and in bad shapeAnd Terry Bell poor service, and missing the flight.Now to any of these 3 people if you can verify your reservations, and post a picture of our confirmation. (It would be a 1 page email confirmation from our reservation software, also mentioning which vehicle was assigned and driver information)We will gladly give $1000 to each.Waiting for your reply.

Used Capital Limousine this past weekend to get my groomsman and I to my wedding. They showed up early, driver was friendly and professional. Limo was comfortable and clean. We made it to our destination on time and for a great price. Capital Limousine is highly recommend. Thanks again.
