Not sure why all the bad reviews.I walked in to renew my license and registration.They were quick and pleasant to chat with!And not to mention I walked in just as they were about to take lunch. But whistled me thru.Sometimes a smile goes a long way!Thanks!

Slow -update.Google ask me I was just trying to give a fast response. It was slow but I gave a 4 star rating. Today was a much better experience. Next time confront me not my husband in person.The lady I got today was so pleasant to deal with. Made it fast and easy I felt comfortable with her. Thank you for you're help.

Absolutely horrible service. Make sure you show 1/2 before they close or they wont help you. Rude in a hurry to go home. Cash out procedures done before 5pm. Worse service ever. Drove to the city better service friendly staff worth the extra drive

Not only is the manager Laura a sweet person, she is also super efficient and able to quickly deal with the most complicated registration needs with helpful tips to make your dealings with them great. A+ service

Terrible, computers are always out of service. Stood in line for 40 minutes to write a 5 minute driving exam only to be told when I got there that this computer wasn't working for writing tests right now and I would have to see the other teller, then I had to wait another 30 minutes for that teller to become available. A previous experience had me waiting in line for 45 min just to be told all computers are now down. Westlock registries has great service, even with the added drive time from Barrhead to Westlock and back a person saves time and sanity.

Would be great if the registries at least were open like their schedule says. Not every time it gets chilly outside close the doors and leave saying sorry for the inconvenience. Like we live in Alberta they work indoors in a heated office what’s so hard about that. We come into town half hr drive from in the country where we work and feed animals in -45 windchill we need to get vehicles registered or plates updated but no they’re closed so we gotta drive back home. Sorry but that’s frustrating. Otherwise when they’re open they serve and help a lot better then previous owner.

I had fantastic service from the lovely young ladies that serve us for our registry needs. They went above and beyond to help me today. You know a nice compliment and a smile goes a long way when you deal with these ladies. I've watched many people become ignorant towards them when they are doing their job the best they can. Keep it up ladies you were wonderful to deal with today and all my previous visits. Thank you!

I remember the old days of this place under different management and it was horrible with rude, angry, incompetent staff.This place has changed for the better. No long wait times. I went in to register 2 vehicles and was in and out in under 10 minutes. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Now I would definitely go out of my way to do my business here. Still cant get over how helpful and pleasant the staff member was.

Mostly knowledgeable staff, however, the person helping us may have been a trainee, as he had to ask the other staff what he needed to do for most of our visit. He was friendly though and wanting to help.
