We had a mouse problem in our home. The common wooden traps with peanut butter bait wasn't working. I hired Rent To KIll. Since we live in Surrey, they sent a representative, Brent Armstrong that lived near by. He is a very relaxed, knowledgable man who surveyed the situation. He was very generous with his bait traps and explained its poison. After examining the garage and the likely entrances to our home, he covered holes with copper wire and strategically placed the traps. Two weeks later, he promptly returned as scheduled and showed where the bait was eaten and has since replaced more bait. We were happy with the success. J. Tkach

Recently got their service but one of the technicians was really rude, unprofessional and racist by literally saying that You guys look the same so I don't know which one I was talking to last time"I called the company to file the complaint about the unpleasant service and a lady told me to have the manager contact me today

I dealt with Enrique in Terrace, BC. He is always extremely polite, friendly and professional. He makes dealing with this company a pleasure. If you are lucky enough to be looked after from him, you will have no worries. Always look forward to his inspection as he is such a pleasant and professional person.I would definitely recommend him to anyone that requires their services.

Suspected we may have had a pest problem and scheduled an assessment with this company. The first call was pleasant and informative but all the follow-up emails went unanswered. Finally called back and scheduled the assessment for the inspector to tell us that if he would guess it's 50/50 chance we have a pest problem. I paid 70 dollars to still not know. I phoned the company to complain about this and they said the inspector should have given us a definite answer and that they would speak to him and phone back right away. That was 4 months ago. Don't waste your money and time with this company. Super unprofessional. They've never returned any of my calls. Horrible service. I feel they essentially stole my 70 bucks

We called Rentokil for the Woodpecker service, a man came and said we need to remove the ceiling first, without giving any suggestions and help.Then charged $75 plus tax.We called twice after that, looking for better solutions, they promised will call back to follow up. After been waited for a month, nobody from their customer service center have called us. I feel so disappointed and was shocked by their unprofessional performance.Hope things can be solved as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!

Same day service, Brent is very professional and acominating. Best company I have dealt with. I would recommend them to family and friends!

I used commercial service from them and I had pad payments for them.They were taking money from my account monthly .Suddenly I have realized that they were taking money without servicing.They have charged me 3 months without visiting the store and when I asked for refund they did not refund me .After realizing that they are charging I have stopped the PAD payments but they change the amount and tried to charge again.In brief they are scammer and never give them your bank info.Stop trying to take money out of my account.What kind of people you are.You guys are that helpless trying to charge yourcustomer without servicing them.Don’t you guys get it that I don’t want your services.I can’t reach you guys and you reply on here to show that you care to others but no one contacted me.Are you guys desperate for $64.03 ?Just admit it and I will donate every month with our any services.If you are man enough just get in touch with me.Respect yourself and name of Rentokil if you guys have a bit of dignity.Papa John’s Pizza

One of the most poorly run companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Could not pay directly in person, they wouldn't take Visa over the phone I sent them a cheque and they sent me to the credit agency and they still haven't replied to any emails over a year later or called back any of my messages do not recommend dealing with this company. Three months later the owner never reached out and I'm still dealing with the collection agency. Avoid this company
