Cit-E Cycles Electric Bikes - Langley

We highly recommend Cit-E-Cycles! We purchased two (Surface 604-Rook) bikes and are thrilled to pieces with them. We researched everything prior to this purchase and went to several bike stores. The day we landed on Cit-E-Cycles' doorstep was the day we bought with confidence and joy! Mark and Gurjeet really listened to our needs and brought the most perfectly suited bikes to us. I had a great experience at CitEcycles in Langley. Mark was easy to work with, he listened to my bike criteria carefully and got me a bike that suits my needs perfectly! I had a little assembly issue with an aftermarket part I got and they took care of me at no charge after the sale!

Looked like great selection and they would have had a sale but I don't need attitude from the manager/GM from basic sales questions, that btw, he couldn't answer.

If you're looking into getting an e-bike I highly recommend this store. They have a great variety of cycles and parts and the staff are excellent. I bought a surface 604 boar from their surrey location a few years ago and recently brought it in to have the controller and a wire replaced + tune up. they got it done as quickly as possible and I think charge a very fair price for the repair..One of the staff remembered me buying the bike at the surrey location which I really appreciated.Thanks Cit-E-cycles for the great service

UPDATE:2 months into owning the bike, I had a warranty issue (NOT CitE’s fault). I honestly thought I would be out of luck after going back to them b/c retailers usually don’t care about after-sales support.I was wrong! Jason and the guys took care of me 100%. Their after-sales support is top notch.Can’t thank Jason and crew enough for helping me get back on my bike with the fastest possible solution.Absolutely without hesitation I would recommend these guys!Great sales AND after-sales support! Thank you thank you thank you!!——-Bought my Orbea Rise yesterday as my previous bike was wrecked when it was rear ended while on my vehicle.The whole process from inquiring over the phone, sales, and pick up was top notch.Jason is really knowledgeable and friendly. He was super patient when I asked him a number of questions. Absolutely no pressure when talking to him about bikes and my budget.Cannot wait to ride my bike!! Went in looking for an e mountain bike. This is a $10k purchase. The main shop guy seemed really annoyed that I wanted to look at the bikes and pretty much rolled his eyes when I wanted to sit on one. Was too busy moving other bikes around.I love my new bike. Sure didn't get it here though.

Just a note regarding the following review. Mark took the time to call me to discuss my concerns and assured me that he had some technical issues and apologized. Thanks Mark.Hi, when I purchased my ebike from Cit-E in Langley, I was given the impression that they wanted me gone and hopefully never come back with service or any issues I may have. I had the bike stolen and have contacted them via phone and email asking for a copy of my receipt for insurance purposes. I own my own business and my thought process would be to respond since I will have to purchase a replacement. Have not had a response back. The insurance company were very understanding and just asked me to get a quote from another retailer. I did and within days have gotten approval and have also purchased another ebike from that retailer. I had original concerns about my previous dealings with Citi-E and this just reinforces those concerns.

Jason at Cit-E Cycles in Langley has changed my life, twice. The first time was three years ago when he recommended my first electric bike, a CUBE Town Sport Hybrid One 400. The bike’s been perfect for me and I’ve since ridden around 5000 very happy kilometres on it. Jason was right there whenever I needed service or advice. I’ve just ordered a significant upgrade to the Cube (a Riece & Muller Homage) and once again, Jason has been brilliantly helpful and supportive on this second extremely exciting purchase. I’ve recommended the Langley Cit-E Cycles shop (and Jason!) to all my friends, and I highly recommend them to anyone reading this!

Great experience friendly and quick turnaround time. Left my Gazelle C380 HMB in for its first service at 3,500km. Got it back the next day no charge. Developed a front break squeak after a few rides and bought it in today, Jason looked at it right away replaced the front pads cleaned the rotor and sent me on my way in 20 minutes. He said it was in the house and to have an awesome day. Happy I purchased there and its close to my home!
