The donuts were fresh. The coffee was weak. Service was friendly and fast. It was a busy spot.

We did drive through before 10 minutes ago. We ordered everything bagels with cheese and cream and coffee. But in bagel there is no cheese add at all. And we paid 5.86$ and I am disappointed

Instant service when I walked in the door from a friendly team member. Was cashed out and with a fresh donut in less than two minutes.The tables were well spaced out, and most of them were full. The decor was more refined than other Tim’s and featured a fireplace.The dining area and the washrooms were sparkling clean.

Missy and Ian are more worried about getting their job done fast, instead of right. I ordered a simply sausage which isn’t supposed to come with cheese- I still ordered it with no cheese, because I am allergic- and I knew that such a simple task would be too much to handle.“Simply sausage”Stop making your life harder than it needs to be and follow instruction, go take your course again if you forgot how to make it.Also I’m sick of your attitude Ian, your a grown man who works at Tim Hortons- congratulations! Lol

This had to be one of the worst drive thru experiences of my life. The girl working the drive thru this morning at 4:30am was incredibly rude, exhibited no manners or pleasantries despite our own, and all but threw the coffee through the window at us. Both of our food orders were wrong and one of our coffees was too. In classic Tim's fashion, the food looked like it had been assembled by throwing the ingredients at each other from across the room. I'm surprised they even made it onto the bagel. The food was luke warm at best and covered in some unidentifiable sauce that leaked over our pants when brought out of the bag. Somehow, this experience is inexplicably on brand for Tim's. I would not return here unless under duress (i.e., the McDonald's is closed).

Another terrible drive-thru design with no forward thinking. There are almost always cars out on the road, blocking traffic.I understand the need" society has for drive-thrus but would love to see them removed and replaced with more parking so we can order ahead and walk in.Service inside was super fast and efficient

Not a bad tim Hortons the service sometimes is questionable and the coffee is a 50/50 chance of not tasting horrible but they are pretty fast and the tea is always good.

it's your typical time hortons. At this one tho, they need to put a one way sign in their parking lot as cars go out the same way they came in, which interfere with oncoming traffic coming in and also disrupts the traffic for the wendys restaurant next door.
