Great to have a skilled plumber!

Got the recommendation from Community of Richmond FB group that Zee's plumbing did good work. Called them up on a Sunday as I had a leak in a pressure regulating valve in the boiler room. They said it would cost double time for labour if they came out on Sunday so we scheduled for the following day, Monday. They provided a window that they would come and called the day of to say they were 30 mins out. They actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time which is nice and also gave notice they were on their way. Communication via text message to show them pics of the problem, etc and was quoted for replacement of the valve for $285 plus GST. Fixed in about 30 minutes and Zee had an apprentice with him, Curtis.As they were cleaning up, a hairline crack was discovered in the brass ball valve above the pressure regulating valve. Had them replace and was charged reasonably I think at an additional $35 plus GST for replacement.Overall, I was pleased with this small business. They fit me in on short notice, came on time, and completed the job quickly. They were good with answering questions and also asked me several times if I had any questions for them. Can't really comment on the price as I have nothing to compare it to but I liked how they are able to quote without having to come out first which at that point, you're at their mercy to charge whatever they want and still pay the call out fee.

A 5-star plumber in Richmond without a doubt ! They came on time and replaced a leaking pipe of a bathroom in an hour. They were very nice and personable. The price was reasonable and the job was done professionally. This was my first time using their service and right after I booked a second appointment to fix another problem at my place.

Super friendly and knowledgeable guys. Went above and beyond and did thorough and excellent work. Found creative solutions to solve the pre-existing deficiencies in my home's subpar construction causing my various plumbing issues etc. All around outstanding experience would rate more than 5 stars if I could!!

Affordable, efficient and reliable

Zee's Plumbing came to replace our hot water tank last March and did a great clean job.Before leaving, they took the time to show me there were no water/gas leaks. His partner Curtis made sure all my faucets were 'burped' and flowed normally after the water was turned back on.I'm glad to have found a local pro to take care of HVAC/plumbing issues.

Quality work at a great price, what more could you ask for? Zee’s plumbing replaced our old copper piping and installed our new bathroom including bathtub, sink, and toilet. They did a great job. These guys are professional and efficient and they didn’t try to upsell us on services we didn’t need. We would highly recommend them for anyone looking for plumbing services in Richmond. There’s a reason they have been voted best in Richmond for several years in a row!

Excellent customer service and reasonable priced. It was nice to support a local Richmond business. Zee and his employee, Curtis; addressed our garberator, checked our dishwasher and shower valve for leaks. Zee responded promptly by giving us an estimate over the phone, as well as confirmation of the cost by text. What he quoted was exactly what we paid for when the job was completed. No upsell in cost, call out fees, nor... soo called diagnosis charges another plumber quoted. They were knowledgeable, professional and personable. They were highly recommended in the Richmond community FB page.Would definitely use them again and recommend them to our friends.Plus, they are dog people cuz they spent time playing with our pooch! We give them 5 stars and our dog woof's 5 stars too!

Zee's Plumbing was fantastic! I initially called for an issue with my water tank. Zahid was able to help me make an informed decision between a tank vs a tankless system. He was quick in coming to our rescue of no hot water and got a new tank installed fairly quickly from when we first contacted him. Extremely professional. Had an issue with the hot water a week later, and Zahid was able to trouble shoot with us over the phone (...it was a quick turn of the dial to a different setting) and we were back up and running.Turned out a couple days later, I had a leaky faucet at another property and he came by and installed the new faucet quickly and efficiently.Both repairs were reasonably priced.I would definitely recommend Zee's Plumbing!
