Great experience with Kellie who has a wealth of knowledge as a RMT and osteopath to decipher this puzzle that is my body and help address my foot pain by looking at my whole body instead of focusing on just my foot. Why is this amazing?…because your foot bone is connected to your leg bone, your leg bone is connected to your hip bone and your…well you get the picture. She is great at explaining how other connected areas of the body are contributing to the problem and works with you on a comprehensive plan to target the source of the problem. I would highly recommend her services!

Had an amazing experience with Kellie, she is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been struggling with pain in my lower back/hip for the past several years. Kellie made my first massage therapy experience very comfortable and welcoming and explained everything I needed to know well so I knew what to expect. I appreciated that she checked in with me to make sure I was always doing okay and not experiencing too much discomfort, while still doing what was needed to move forward each session to alleviate my back pain. Definitely a great place to go overall but I highly recommend to those who are new to massage and looking for a comfortable, educational first time experience!
