Me and my girlfriend were moving the a new location under construction and of course, everything had to be new. We new it was a major purchase and many financial decisions had to be made. After shopping around at several different locations we stumbled upon a different salesman than what we had previously met. He didn't try to sell us anything at first he just wanted to know our needs and what our vision was, which immediately settled our minds. He briefed us through every promotion and what dates would be best to buy everything to keep the cost at a minimum. Upon returning a couple times slowly shop around awaiting for the best date to buy our new appliances, one thing was for certain : we want to do this transaction with Hubert Lajoie. He not only convinced us on what was best to suit our needs but was able to keep the cost at an even lower rate than we had imagined. We not only settled in the end to buy all the new appliances from him but with the money we saved, we were able to afford a new 75 television with the sound bar. We highly recommend this store in particular and look forward to getting our furniture as well from his associate Donald!Thanks buds!"

This is the worst experience ever. I paid for my bed and set the delivery date for the 27th of August. The window was from 11 am till 2:50pm. I spent all day at home and by 5 pm with no delivery still here I called the store to find out that the driver got covid and can’t deliver. No one called me to let me know. So I asked if I could pick the bed up myself and was told no. The delivery will be in 2 weeks now or may be longer. So I requested a cancellation. Store told me to call next day to cancel. Called the 28th and placed the cancellation with Cynthia. She advised me I will get money back in 7 days. 20 days later the store tells me my bed was delivered but can’t provide me with my signature. I never received the bed. And on their webside for tracking it shows the delivery was canceled. No bed no money and every time I call they promise to contact the delivery company and call back but never do. Shopped many times at this store but never again from this point on...

I won't recommend buying from the Brick. I had bought four items: Stove, Refrigerator, Washer, and Drier. I went to the store 2 months back. They promised to have the items in my place in certain date. They could not make it and the reason was low stock. Moreover, they were responsible to install my washer and drier but they forgot to do the task. After three weeks, it turned out they forgot to add the installation to my order. They owe me an apology but no one did. Here as a new comer to Quebec city I deal with basics and lived without the items for three stressful weeks and the store did not care. I stopped communicating with them and cancel the items. I would not recommend the brick. BE CAREFUL!

I paid for a sectional in november 2021 and the delivery was scheduled for February 2022 due to delays caused by covid. Before February, i was notified of more delays in the delivery date that was now pushed to June 2022. In May i recieved an email stating the new delivery date is September 2022. In July i called for updates and was shocked to learn that delivery has been pushed further to July 2023. Upon request to have a replacement available in stock, the manager asked me to make additional payment of $450. I found Customer service very poor in my case and the treatment after all the delays as a sign of bad faith. Sorry am done with you BRICKS!

Worst service Ever seen!!! We have bought a refrigerator, oven, washing and drying machine on 21 June. The sales agent told me that they will deliver them on 2th or 3th July. I have called them many times to follow it. Today on 6th July, I went there and they told me that I will not receive them earlier than September. They Just told me that I can cancel my order. It is 6 days that we have not refrigerator, .... at home. They did not permitted me to talk with their boss. A sales person was searching for finding other substitutions but after talking with the boss, he came and told me that sorry, I can not help you. The only option is to cancel the order. They have wasted 2 weeks of time. At least they could tell me during these 3 days that I call them!!!!! So much bad experience with Brick. Do not buy from them!!!

The service from their warehouse was kinda unprofessionnal. lounging on a desk chair boot on the desk. Seems like they have no respect for the company nor do they seem to care.Other than that everything was fine.

Great customer service by the store director, Mr. Dave Germain. I had purchased several appliances at this store and when it came time to confirm delivery and the final details of my invoice, I realized that the sales rep. who was supposed to take care of that did everything WRONG. I called in to complain and asked to speak to the store Mgr. He acknowledged that my file was badly handled (from phone no, to address of delivery, time slot, etc...), so he went ahead and straightened everything out. He was SUPER....He went well beyond the call of duty, did the extra mile and made me a happy and returning customer....I would have escalated the positive feedback to a higher chain but since he was THE store Mgr, I couldn't go any higher. Great job from Mr. Germain.
