A really fun time, it was very relaxing with no real crowds, and good crowd flow. They taught us how to play the games effectively blending strategy with fun.The $80 package was the best overall deal and we played for two hours.When leaving we traded the toys for items that added up to way more than what we spent.

Cheapest option is $20 for 22 coins, which would probably give you at most 8 tries. My friend and I got the 100 coins for $56 (second cheapest option) they charge tax on top of this. The plushie selection is pretty wide, however the amongus ones are not Innersloth brand, which means they are profiting off of trademarked characters.They provide carts to carry your plushies and if a worker sees you really struggling to pick up anything they will win you a cheap toy for free. My 50 coins only ended up winning me that one single toy lol. Experience was alright, I guess not worth it for me since I was really bad at the games. Very loud in the space as it is full of people. I definitely appreciated the fans to cool the place down! Nicely lit and decorated with cute areas to take pictures as well.

Claw&Kitty is a great place to celebrate your child's birthday party. Simon was very responsive and helpful when I emailed him for details on booking the space. I was pleased to book the party room space for my daughter with the help of Mee, who was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with.The place gets really busy when it opens at 1 pm on Saturdays, but the staff members at Claw&Kitty are always happy to help and make the experience fun for all ages. They are always cheerful and helpful, which adds to the overall enjoyable experience.My daughter truly enjoyed her birthday party, and all her friends had a blast winning lots of stuffed toys. The staff members were very accommodating and went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a great time. The atmosphere was lively, and everyone seemed to be having a great time.Overall, Claw&Kitty is an excellent venue to host a birthday party for your child. The staff members are friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is vibrant and fun. The best place for some claw machine action in Toronto hands down! With their new location, it's so big you can spend hours in there! Staff are all super friendly and are willing to assist you and provide you tips and tricks on how to win the plushies!I really like their points exchange system, each plushies from their claw machine are either worth 1 or 2 points, you can collect enough or banked them on different visits until you can exchange their bigger prizes. The bigger prizes ranges from plushies, to keychains, to backpack, to gacha to lego blocks, etc. There must be something you will want to exchange for from here! I came here a few times already with friends and family, they all had an amazing time and would definitely be returning for more!With the recent restrictions again, just expect to wait as they get super busy on holidays and weekends!

This place is definitely a family fun place. I went in thinking my kids and my husband will love this place. And oh man! How much are we going to spend here now? End up I got excited when my husband was able to get some stuffed animals and especially when he wins from the challenging machines!! We end up trading in the stuffed animals that we got from the claw machines to upgrade other prizes.

Wonderful place to spend time with your kids, other half, bf/gf and family! The staffs are friendly and supportive; they are nice enough to help you if you can’t get the toys. They will show you how to do the tricks, put some extra coins if you fail, rearrange the toys to make it easier to pick, etc. You won’t feel like a loser. Once you gather enough toys, you can trade them for a bigger price. Lots of parking. Close to food and restaurants.

It was an awesome experience! The staff were really helpful giving many tips and making sure that people are able to win and get something that they want.I was able to leave with a few of adorable upgrades of cinnamoroll.It was an awesome 31st birthday for me.

We had an amazing experience here. We brought our kids going. The staffs were friendly and even taught us how to win. I would say for the money you spent, we were having a great time.

Had the best time at Claw&Kitty on Canada Day! All of the staff were so friendly and they would hype you up which made it all the more exciting!! A really good place to spend time with your group of friends! Would definitely come back here next time I visit Toronto!

Love this place! First of all, the claw machines are not rigged and the workers even train you and provide demos so you'll definitely leave the place with at least one goodie. They have many games at different difficulty levels and also a great selection of prizes. Such a cute date spot!
