I ordered my first set of feeders a little while back and they were hand delivered the same day as they said it would, right to my door step, and all were alive and even provided with food! Everyone I talked to was extremely nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Prices are good too, delivery fee is cheap :) very happy customer here !

My worm order shipped yesterday evening and was delivered this afternoon! The worms are great quality! I had been getting some from my local Petsmart and the quality has been terrible. I will definitely try to order from these guys more often. They were prompt and professional. Thanks Dragon Lair. :)

We have been ordering from the Dragon Lair for almost a year now and they are by far the best place to deal with. Great feeders at incredible prices. Lots of variety with the worms. Their pick up system is fast, easy and efficient.

Ordered from them on May 22, 2022. It took them till Jun 1st to ship my order of beetles. Since it didn't arrive on the Friday, I contacted them. They gave me a Purolator tracking number which shows that the label was printed but never received by Purolator. They claimed the shipment must be lost and that on the Monday if there was no movement, they would get ready to ship out a replacement. They warned me that they may not have another 1000 beetles available and might be only able to do 500, which I agreed would be fine. I left it alone putting faith in them and then when nothing arrived on Friday I reached out to them. I was toldHey Kevin

By far, the best & most reliable feeders around!I use them for my own pets and my business currently gets the majority of it's feeders from here. We order a bit of everything and thousands of crickets from them, and I have never been disappointed-- quality, prices and service are always fantastic.Even throughout the pandemic they've remained thoughtful, professional and courteous.. My own business wouldn't do as well if they weren't around.

By far the best cricket supplier I've ever tried. Quality and availability are super consistent, and I unlike with my previous supplier, I never get any hitchhikers in with my order. The crickets live forever too - I usually get a good couple weeks out of them.

The nicest people I’ve ever had deliver rats for me! Their livestock are happy, healthy, and friendly too. I’ve never had any issues with the livestock being sick, or when frozen, they were careful to pack the freshest bunch for my snake. Love their friendly and quick service <3

Would recomend this business! I ordered over a long weekend and shipments still arrived as routinely stated from thier site. I'm not one to make reviews, I was in a pinch for grub for my lizard and had to source out of my local area. This place was amazing! Everything came packaged perfectly and arrived earlier than even I anticipated. I could not have asked for a better experience and have already recommended them to others. Will definitely order again in the future. Thank you dragon lair!

I used to buy my crickets from Petsmart but they are expensive and quite frankly I had a lot of crickets die before I could use them (my beardie won't eat the dead ones). This lady behind me in the checkout one day told me she started using The Dragon Lair and highly recommended them. She said they are a fraction of the price and delivered right to the door. So I gave them a try a few weeks ago and they did not disappoint! They are less than half the price I was paying, they were delivered right to my door AND out of the 250 I order weekly only 5-7 die before I use them! They have many payment options as well which is awesome too. My only regret is I didn't know about this place sooner!
