Sunny Dental Clinic
Thank you to Dr. Sanaz & team for a great initial appointment. They made the effort to welcome me and walk me through the process of everything that would take place. X-rays, cleaning, polish, and fluoride were all well done well. Even though there was no periodontal exam this time, everything was done efficiently. Shoutout to Dr. Sanaz, Gi (Dental Assistant) , Maria & Joy for their help with my appointment today. I'm looking forward to my next recall exam and cleaning!

For me it was a first class experience! From the time I wanted to schedule an appointment the behavior was awesome and respectful! Then well greetings and warm welcoming. Dr. Sanaz was very friendly, she explained the procedure (my case was 2 major incidents) calmly and walked me through the whole process. Everything was clean and shiny and I was highly satisfied in both of the sessions I had with her. I would highly recommend Sunny dental if you are looking for a good denstist.

Dr. Sanaz was very professional, patient, kind and helpful. She walked me through my dental procedure with a lot of attention and care, and she was very kind. I had a really positive experience, and I feel her treatment methods are very reliable.

Best dental service I've had so far. Dr. Sanaz is very friendly and really cares about her patients. The staff is also welcoming & the office is clean and organized! I would recommend Sunny Dental to everyone.

While everyone was really nice and friendly, I was disappointed in the service. Every time I went to get my teeth cleaned it hurt (I thought perhaps my teeth were getting more sensitive) and I had a cavity filled that was done poorly so I was unable to floss properly. When I told Dr. Sanaz they filed it down for me a bit but said it shouldn't cause me any issues despite me saying it was still hard to floss there. Now after a few years it's hurting.I'm going to Urbanview Dental which is down the road and having a much better experience. Cleanings don't hurt and they looked into the filled cavity where I can no longer floss and will likely be redoing it for me.

One of the best dental clinics in Toronto downtown. Very clean, modern with a pleasant atmosphere. All staff and Dr. Sanaz are very nice and respectful. Dr. Sanaz completely explains about what she wants to do and she is very accurate and skilled about what she’s doing. Also, they are very flexible for appointments and in case of emergencies, they will take care very fast. Their prices are also very fair.

I’ve been a patient for almost 2 years now. Dr. Sanaz Valadi is one of the best Dentist that I’ve known. Her professional skills are excellent. I love the way she handle things and make sure the patients are comfortable. During this pandemic she absolutely follows all the protocol. I had few cavities and Dr. Sanaz fixed them well and fast.The office are clean and well maintained. All her staffs are friendly and nice. I definitely recommend this Clinic.

They charge different individuals differently (for the same services) based on whether you will go to them again or not. They first try to milk the customer’s insurance credits and then tap into their pocket based on how much they see that customer would pay and as much as regulations allow them to do so.The customer service is good and the clinic is very clean.I don’t know how you are going to defense this comment with some numbers and a lengthy reply, but in the long-run you would not get any business if you continue to behave like that.

I went to this clinic for a check up and was not satisfied with their service. Dr Sanaz was not nice and was even disrespectful to one of the dental assistants. I am a dentist myself and know who to treat the patients but as a patient in this clinic, I did not feel warmed by the dentist. Their prices are high as well and do not offer any specific promotions or discounts for low waged individuals. After the check up session, I decided to go to another clinic as I did not feel warmed by the dentist and I do not recommend this dental clinic!

This is a great dental clinic.Dr Sanaz is very gentle and informative. She did 2 root canals for me and it was really painless and well done.Will be my go to dental clinic from now on.
