No Limits Training
I’m about 3 months or so into the program and am so happy with my results. Not only am I losing weight (down 12lbs) but I am getting stronger and healthier in both body/mind. In the past, I used disordered eating patterns to achieve quick results that never lasted more than a few months.With the training from Sabrina and O’Neil, I have been able to achieve sustainable weight loss while educating myself on how to make it last for the rest of my life.I have two young children and run 3-4 businesses. Time for myself was few and far between after having my second child (18 months ago). I stopped prioritizing myself and it showed.Only a few months in and I am renewed, physically in strength, energy and health — and renewed mentally, with a more positive and motivated attitude, which contributes significantly to my performance in my career, in my relationships and ultimately, my life.I am so grateful to the team and can’t wait to come back three more months from now and share my results.If you are looking into this program, I 10/10 recommend- if you’re willing to commit to yourself, to be disciplined, to be humbled and to come back better than ever!

I’ve had 3 kids over the past 6 years and in that time, I’ve struggled with inconsistent and unhealthy eating patterns, as well as not being able to focus on myself or my physical / mental health.I started with No Limits Training at the beginning of April and in two short months, I already see and feel such positive changes in my mind and body. I feel stronger, I’m motivated, I have more energy, the inflammation in my body is gone, I’ve lost weight and I have much better lifestyle habits than I’ve had in a very long time.My coach Rachel is fantastic! She keeps me accountable and offers so much feedback and recommendations for resources that help me with my specific health concerns. It’s wonderful to have that kind of support on a daily basis.No Limits Training has been an absolute game-changer for me and I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to change their life for the better!

I've worked with a few other programs. This one has it all ❤️ Coaches that listen! Individualized exercise program (mines weight lifting focused!). Educational piece that is short and easy to fit into a busy schedule. Been with them for almost 3 months and have made huge gains on my weight loss goals plus my goal to complete a pull up. This was one of the best investments in myself. During the pandemic, I developed some really unhealthy habits that I just could not break. I've lost weight before and knew how to lead a healthy lifestyle. I just couldn't do it again. I was emotionally stuck. No limits helped ignite that fire. I joined at such a volatile time in my life but knew that I didn't want to wait for things to settle down. In just a few months, I was able to see pounds and inches go. My confidence increased and most importantly, my physical health drastically improved. My doctor was so impressed with my lab results. I love working with Rachel. I needed accountability and that's what she gave me. She's been so helpful throughout this journey, always helping me to assess where I'm struggling and helping me to get through the struggles with advice and practical resources. I love that I can just be honest with her and that she's so understanding. This is such a great platform of support. Sometimes we just need that support. I still go through ups and downs but my confidence is back and I'm absolutely excited about working towards a better me!

I'm just under 2 months into this program and I am loving it! This is not a quick fix - it's a lifestyle change that is meant to be sustainable and enjoyable. I am eating healthy and delicious food, exercising regularly (but not overdoing it at all), and strengthening my mindset around showing up for myself however I am feeling that particular day. I've already seen 10+ pounds of weight loss and while that isn't the highest priority it is gratifying to see the change. More importantly I feel energized and strong in my body, and I'm figuring out how to eat in a way that is satisfying and gives me all the nutrition I need (lots of protein!). Coaches O'Neil and Tina have been great partners in helping me set reasonable but meaningful goals and taking small steps that over time show great results! I highly recommend No Limits Training.

I started working with No Limits Training in March. I was struggling with emotional eating or eating out of boredom, and a pretty sedentary lifestyle. I dislike the gym and couldn’t find the motivation to get moving on my own. The online weight loss programs that I had previously tried weren’t a good fit for me. I needed a global program to address all of the factors keeping me stuck (nutrition, exercise, lifestyle habits and routines). In the three months that I’ve been working in my coach Rachel, so many aspects of my overall health have improved. I have more energy. I’m sleeping better than I ever have. My heartburn is gone. My blood pressure is normalizing. I’m feeling stronger every week. And the weight is consistently coming off. I needed the guidance abd accountability this community provides, and I’m so glad I decided to go for it. Change can be overwhelming but with the right support, it’s worth it. This has been so worth it.

This program is hands down one of the best. If you’re looking to lose weight, get in shape and eat healthier all while having a sense of community then this is the place for you. O’Neil and his team are knowledgeable, kind, supportive and helpful. They give so many tips and tricks to keep you on the path to success. It becomes a lifestyle. I highly recommend this program
