Dhairya was patient with me while deciding to accept an offer available to me. Each time I called, I would say my name and right away each employee knew who I was and which agent I was dealing with. It made the experience that much better. Also, they did not harass me when I was unavailable to answer their calls. Definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a little extra cash to help you through a rough patch! They will work with you to get approved.

Everyone at the Ajax branch was extremely friendly and willing to assist and extend a helping hand. Interacting with Simran, Shubham and the branch manager Anne was a pleasure- everything was explained in detail and they understood the urgency for financial assistance. There was no scolding, just understanding of the situation. No one intends to have to ask for help, but they offered a sigh of relief! Yes the interest may be higher, the terms may be longer but when you have no where else to turn— they offered a solution for right now and a way forward! I appreciated the help and care. Thank you!

This company is one of the worst loan sharks out there…I took out a loan in 2020 and have made payments biweekly since then. The lady that set me up was very dishonest and told me I would be done paying by 2022. But somehow my balance today is more than the amount I initially borrowed and was told the first 3 years I just paid interest. If you miss a payment they will harass your family and call your work repeatedly even after making a payment arrangement. They will also threaten to garnish your wages. I cannot wait to pay off my loan and never have to deal with them again. This is a scam and is marketed to help low income individuals and families but it really just digs you into a deeper hole financially. Please avoid getting a loan here if you can. If do get a loan here, never skip payments and pay it off as quick as possible to avoid paying crazy interest.

Please please stay away from this business they are a bunch of scammers trying to make a quick buck. I worked with kan at the start of my loan she explained the home and auto security plan but I did tell her I was not interested in having any extras. I didn’t release how high the interest rate was either . I did about a 2000 loan and if they are saying I will be done by 2026 I would have paid 3 times more for a 2000 loan. Please stay away from this company I have sent corporate a email and complained and I am waiting to see what happens. Pleas avoid they will say anything to get you to sign the loan but then go behind your back and sign you up for things you had no interest in. Scam company they should feel ashamed working for them
