Matt at Phoenix Defense is fantastic. He was able to look after an Ant issue on short notice.He was very professional and addressed any question or concern that I had. He was very thorough and I am currently ant free. I would recommend his services to anyone who has ant issues!

Matt was amazing!! He was the only one who responded right away (answered the phone while on a roof!) and came the next day. He was very patient with me not wanting to use poison before the holidays since the issue was above our kitchen. He uses a camera so he can see exactly what the problem is and can show me! He also ensured that the issue was resolved for us even though the rodent we had was quite persistent. He’s also just super nice which counts when someone is coming into your home, I trusted him here even when I wasn’t home.10 out of 10 would recommend and would use again, even though I truly hope not to have to LoL

Matt was wonderful to deal with- he was able to come quickly to help us with a yellow jacket nest in a tricky spot under some siding. He explained all the options and gave his recommendation along with the relative costs. He sprayed the nest and told us to contact him if we saw any more sign of activity. Matt checked in a few days later to make sure they were gone. Service was efficient, friendly, professional, and effective! I wouldn’t hesitate to call Phoenix Pest again for any issues. Highly recommend!

Matt is extremely professional. He answered my call late Saturday afternoon and came for a bat removal first thing Sunday morning. I would highly recommended, as he is very knowledgeable and was respectful of the house.

Matt has been very helpful thus far in our journey to my 100+ year old farm house of rodents. He arrived on time and worked through the day.
