Used Abrams Towing for shipping my car across Ontario to BC, August 2022 - Scott was very professional, quick to respond and answer all my questions. My car arrived in perfect condition and I’m a very happy customer would highly recommend :)

Abrams Auto Transport’s service was exceptional. They went above and beyond shipping my parent’s vehicle from Ottawa to Florida and back, and on short notice. One route required a change of plan as the vehicle needed some cosmetic repairs prior to being shipped. They kept the original plan to pick up the vehicle, repair it at an affiliated auto-body shop, and ship it to its final destination as planned in perfect condition. Their (Scott and team) regular communication and customer service was exceptional. Anyone considering patterning with Abrams to ship their vehicle is in great hands! We’ll be using them indefinitely for this service.

My husband was killed in a cycling accident in Florida in March, 2023 and we very suddenly needed to transport our van, and all our seasonal belongings, home to Ontario. A friend had used Abrams in the past (I had not) and explained the circumstances. Not only did they make room for its’ transport within a week but they also gave me a substantial discount. Scott was always available by phone and so helpful and empathetic while making the arrangements. He and his father even waited beside the van, with their lights on, so that we could find it at night after arriving on a late flight. Their kindness will never be forgotten and I will definitely be using them for all future trips to Florida!

I shipped my car from Toronto to South Carolina. Great service from dispatch answering my questions and helping with the paperwork. I dropped my car at their office but they can pick it up at your home if you want. It took six days to arrive. The driver called me the day before and gave a delivery window of three hours. He called again right before he delivered it. The driver was very nice and friendly. The car was as I had left it, everything was in place. My suitcases in the trunk arrived just as I had left them. I recommend Abrams without any hesitation. Five stars is my rating. Dispatch and driver really provided a great service. I also have to mention that the truck and trailer looked great. Thank you.

We used Abrams to transport our car from Toronto to Florida in January 2021. We can't say enough about how pleased we were with their service. From beginning to end they provided exemplary customer service. They responded to our email questions promptly and put my mind at ease every step of the way. They picked up the car as scheduled and delivered it in 3 1/2 days which was earlier than the 5 - 7 day expected delivery. They were in contact with us every step of the way and the delivery driver was so personable. We will not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family and will use them in the future. I recently had my daughter’s car shipped from Los Angeles, California, to Ottawa, Ontario. It was my first experience shipping a car across borders. Abrams made the process seem easy, straightforward and uncomplicated. The Dispatch team was there every step of the way to help me fill the forms and answer all my questions. Special recognition to Scott who was also available outside office hours to help me with a minor hiccup that was resolved expeditiously and professionally. He is always fast to respond and available to help. Finally, I was also impressed by the quick service. Although I was told about 2-3 weeks for the car to be delivered, it arrived to destination in 12 days. Would definitely recommend Abrams to family and friends.
