She made it possible for us to find a home in the Okanagan while still living in Montreal.She was very friendly and informative and helped us get a sense of pricing and neighbourhoods as well as what it was that we most wanted and what didn’t matter.She was absolutely invaluable when viewing properties remotely. She gave us a sense of the spaces overall by using all her senses and reporting back scents and sounds and helpfully giving a sense of scale by saying what sort and size of furniture would fit in various rooms. She also brought our attention to details that might have been easy to miss even in person, and made suggestions of how we might fix certain issues in places we were considering. She was very thorough and was happy to answer all our questions.She is very knowledgeable and always gave us all the information and guidance we needed for each step. She helped us through everything from from making an offer to finding a home inspector to taking a possession. She was always very quick to respond to emails and texts, and helped us with problems big and small - from tracking down our unresponsive notary and confirming some important details to being there with a screw driver to remove a broken door knob on possession day.Raina was consistently attentive, an incredible resource, and delightful to work with.
