Ordered some product through the Calgary location that was supposed to be in stock in the Edmonton location.Called to make sure it was in stock and supposedly there was nothing ordered.Went in and saw Margie and she was amazing. Got everything I needed and was super friendly and helpful. Even helped me load the parts into my truck.Amazing service and people and I would return in a heartbeat.Thanks MargieTony

I'm a professional Purchaser, and was looking for some fuses for a home project. Called to check availability and while the brand I was after wasn't in stock, they were able to get me an exact spec. product that was in stock. Very efficient and helpful. I'd have no issue buying from them again, whether for MRO sourcing, or DIY / maker / home projects.

Was not impressed with the quality of service here.Although it was 10 minutes before close I still expected more from the employee. As soon as he returned form the back and saw me in line he was grumbling about not getting out on time.He proceeded to ask me quite rudely what it was I wanted and then scoffed at what it was. After he impolitely pointed at the minimum $50.00 order for counter service and practically refused our business, we left empty handed.Next time I won't even bother trying to shop locally as they seem to want to make it extremely difficult.
