Nous avons engagé cette compagnie pour venir déceler un problème à la maison et nous faire une soumission pour effectuer les réparations. Il y a apparemment eu un malentendu sur la raison de la venue du plombier qui finalement n'a rien fait, ni soumission ni réparation et qui a même refusé de vouloir effectué une défectuosité en nous disant que s'il le faisait, il devait aussi refaire toute la plomberie (donc faire une job de plusieurs milliers de dollars pour la correction d'une pente). Ce n'était pas de sa faute car il pensait venir pour effectuer une réparation mineure. Quand mon mari a tenté d'appeler le propriétaire pour lui parler de ce malentendu (après avoir payé une heure de main d'oeuvre plus le déplacement), celui-ci l'a accusé de le traiter de voleur et n'a jamais voulu comprendre la situation. Même si mon mari restait calme au téléphone et que nous avions déjà déboursé les frais demandés pour 15 minutes avec un plombier sans aucun service rendu. Si tous les corps de métier en rénovation faisaient cela, personne n'effectuerait de rénovations. C'est déplorable et manque grandement de professionnalisme et de respect.Il faut tout de même rendre à César ce qui lui appartient... Deux points positifs: ils ont eu de la disponibilité très rapidement et ont respecté les consignes sanitaires en fonction de la crise actuelle.Je ne recommande tout de même aucunement cette entreprise et vous incite à ne pas encourager un tel comportement.

I have been using plomberie REN-GA to service an 8-Plex as well as a family home now, for over 18 years. I found him by chance, but will now never use anyone else. When I purchased the 8-plex the plumbing was a mess. Rene and his teams changed all that. The quality of REN-GA's work, and their professionalism is unmatched. You need to trust your plumber, and when you find a good one, you keep them. I highly recommend Plomberie REN-GA

My husband and I set an appointment with them after work, they called an changed the appointment earlier and Made us left before and lost work hours. The result.... They never showed up. Not answered the calls or messages, we lost our time waiting. All for trust them. I can't imagine the quality of the job with this kind of commitment. 0 stars.

HIDDEN FEES: The plumber has done a good job, but they charge hidden fees. Call cost $ 47.50 / 30 minutes services: $ 190.00 / The guy used a small file and charged $ 45 to use it. Total $ 324.81. The part that I am not comfortable is the load of the tool. It's like a garage that repairs your car and charges extra because it uses a ratchet !!!! I will file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Bureau against them!NEVER REN-GA spoke to me about extra fee. A complain against them to the cmmtq was done and also spoke with them they state: if the plomber need to rent tools they can charge for it. in this case the guys didn’t rent the tool and between you and me if a professional doesn’t have the minimum equipment to do the job do you really want that kind of guys!!!!Over 26,000 people saw my video online and most comment : Thanks to sharing this, never I gunna call them!! We had a horrible experience. We were charged $945 that includes $543 with taxes for some material that we could have bought at Reno-Depo for between 50 to 100 dollars. Their explanation was that their material has superior quality that justifies 5 times higher price. We requested to reduce the invoice by $250. As soon as we disputed the ridiculously high priced material and asked to revise they invoice, they went to our tenants apartment without even notifying us and without any authorization whatsoever entered my tenants dwelling and removed all kinds of materials from their bathtub and undid the work. My tenant is now in distress and scared. Unbelievable. Horrible. Never heard of. Never in my 18 years of experience in real estate business had I ever experienced it before.
