Having some dandelion issues on my lawn, i decided to hire nutrilawn and chose their highest tier service which they promoted as guarantee" weed control. It's either their product isn't effective or their technicians do not do a thorough job applying it because for all it's worth... it didn't make much difference. Once

Horrible customer service! I was given one price online when I called in they gave me a lower price and said it was because my property was smaller than what they originally thought it was. I went ahead with the new price and paid online. Two days later I received a message stating that I need to pay $500 more or they will only do 1/2 my lawn!! When I called in to inquire I was told that my lawn is much larger" than I was originally quoted on. Bunch of scammers!"

My lawn is virtully non-existant now. Nothing but weeds and dirt despite having Nutri Lawn services for years. For some reason when over seeding they decided to do my gardens in the back yard as well. There was never supposed to be grass there yet they decided to over-seed?

I booked an appointment for them to come and do my front lawn, every week the kept postponing. the never used to call to let me know that the are postponing until i call them that's when the would tell me. after 4 week I called them to cancel it and the lady (Vanessa) spoke to me so rudely telling me it's not their fault but it was weathers fault.

They've done a great job on bringing back our lawn in the last 3 years. I would highly recommend to anyone trying to bring back their lawn and maintaining it. Prices are in line with other companies. Looking forward to 2019!!

Absolute scam! Do not use this company. I called in for a quote and next thing you know I owe them money for a service I did not accept. Has been a battle over the last year over this and we are at the point they have sent to collections. I dealt with Vivian who was absolutely rude and disgusting. No respect or customer service skills on her end. She was right I was wrong and some how she can remember conversations word for word months after talking. Do not fall into the nutrilawn trap!!!!

This company decided to take it upon themselves to renew services after I told them I would not be renewing for this year! They came and performed treatments without authorization and then gave me an invoice! Now they tell me that because they sent an email telling me they were coming that I have to pay or they send to collections! I have contacted the BBB as well as the CEO! I will update with a review of the CEO and I certainly hope this is not the type of customer service he stands by!!

I used Nutri-Lawn for the first time last spring and summer. I was concerned about the weeds that were taking over my lawn. I found the service was great.The people working on my lawn would take the time to answer my questions and explained what they were doing in detail. I am asking them to come back this year as they provided excellent service..

If I could rate them a Zero I would. Do NOT give these people your money. And if you're foolish enough to have them come out make sure you are home because they will charge you for services that they didn't do, or do the front lawn and not the back. My lawn is the worst it's looked in years because, of the god knows what my lawn is infested with now! Do NOT waste your money! They'll quote one thing a charge something else. When you call them about not having a service done the costumer service girl is rude about it, and insist that you are lying about not having a full service done.
