My son has a very old watch he wanted to use . We brought it into the watch repair and had amazing customer service . He was so helpful and got the watch working he was fast and super kind . Had battery replaced for my Tissot watch. Guy told me $29.95 with no warranty or guarantee. With guarantee it is $49.95".Guy was not happy when I told him to do the $29.95. Came home 2 hours later and the watch died.Never ever again. Went to another place and got a new battery for half the price with a written 1 year guarantee on the battery."

Not that knowledgeable about watches. I think they specialize in changing batteries and straps, which are all things someone can do themself with a $20 kit from Amazon. Asked about a routine mechanical service and the clerk was very confused.

Needed some link's taken out of two watch straps and a battery replacement in another watch. Fast efficient service at a very reasonable price I thought. Convenient location in a major mall and nice to find watch repair services at all these days. I would certainly use this repair service for all my watch repair needs.

I needed to replace the battery in my watch and found this gem inside Hudson’s Bay as I was walking around. Kelly was very helpful and even removed a few links so my watch fit properly as it was too loose. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to replace/buy a new watch!

Every experience I have had with this business has been positive, and the gentleman who is there primarily always super helpful and kind, and of course provides excellent service. I bought a watch from the Bay online and needed it sized. I was ready to pay for that, but he informed me they do it for free for Bay merchandise. He has resized and replaced straps and bands and batteries on my family's watches for years.
